On 9/14/26 I went to flavors for the first time and I purchased three items. I usually do not go to…read moredispensaries but my sister was here from Oregon and I wanted to get something to knock her on her ass. I bought a $20 pre-roll that was straight garbage. It was harsh it hurt and it didn't get us high! I mean granite we could only take a couple hits because we were f****** choking to death! The vape pen was pretty harsh as well and no smack to it. The only thing that was decent was the $14 Tempo ( I've had Tempo numerous times) Gelati live resin diamonds... Super sweet, yummy and does the job well! I've heard a lot of good things about flavors but my experience no bueno I will never spend money there again. Besides that I spent $45 on 3 items, paid 15 in taxes and then $10 tip. So $60 in the toilet. And although the bud tender was super nice I went on her recommendation. Therefore that $10 tip was not well deserved in my opinion. Like if I'm trying to spend money be honest with me and let me know like hey this s*** ain't good if you spend a little more this is better. I would rather spend more money and get quality s*** that's going to get me high rather than waste money on b*******! And because we only took a couple of Puffs there is more than half of this pre-roll here so I broke it down to see what the weed looks like and it looks like tobacco straight brown doo doo! I mean for god sakes this is a $25 punch extract pre-roll with rosin and you put brown ass weed in it that's probably been sitting in your dispensary for a year or two! I've never had anything with rosin or smoke rosin that did not get me loaded. Just makes me wonder what you're really putting in here because we all know that what is labeled is not truly what's in the product. If you look on every pre-roll gram of wax anything from the dispensary you will see stickers on top of stickers because they are just relabeling to get that money. Which is not only like bait and switch type s*** it's false advertisement, deceptive marketing, selling product that is moldy/old, overcharging customers, price gouging, not following federal regulations etc. but are the feds really regulating when they're making billions of dollars from these dispensaries that are selling us weed that's making us sick!?!? Or just not getting us high! Either way that's b*******, f*** dispensaries I'm over you. I wish I could post a picture so you can see this disgusting ass tobacco looking weed compared to what weed is supposed to look like

Their attitude, skills and fantastic customer service is above 10. I understand customers and train staff to take care of them with a respect for their time and business. We know we all have a choice for business but we don't know what we will find when we get there. Here, I found it all. Dr. Was very pleasant and really wants to help. Location is easy and it took no time. Fun is what I found and memories of my salt water tank. One thing i've noticed over the full 2 yrs is that the staff has exclusively been young women, with male security guards at the door. It's consistent enough that it feels intentional. Two things I like about this place. 1) They aren't marking up their products to an insane process point. I payed 40 bucks for the same Ursa cart I buy a CaliKosher but at CaliKosher they charge me damn near 70 bucks. That's ridiculous. 2) They don't round up the price of the product and then give you cash back for the difference like CaliKosher does (which has always seemed sketchy as hell to me) If they continue to carry Ursa ill continue to come back.

Made an account a few days ago and decided to order today. First I make my order on weedmaps but…read moreit took a long time for me to get an actual confirmation so I decide to call. I ended up calling 3 times till someone finally picks up. The person on the phone finds my order and proceeds to tell me they only have a half an ounce of my order available. He then proceeds to tell me he can swap the other half with a different strain. I say fine but since I like to spend quality time with one strain I prefer if you just give me an ounce of the strain you recommended. The person on the phone says my orders on the way and I'm good to go. A little while later I get a text stating my order will arrive in a half hour. My driver finally arrives and proceeds to hand me an ounce of the original strain I ordered. I was a bit perplexed so I told the driver the person on the phone only said you had half an ounce so I went with his recommendation. I also tell the driver that the price that I have is $10 dollars less then what was told and i show the driver my receipt. The driver the had to call the manager on duty who approves the 10 dollar first time customer discount. The driver then asks if I want to swap it out which I reply with yes I want what I ordered. The driver and I go to the back of the van then swap it out for the strain I ultimately decided on. The drivers leaves and then comes back literally 10 mins later telling me that they need the strain back. By then my cousin and I already opened the bag up. We get told that it was $240 and I then proceed to explain this entire situation to the manager on the phone. The manager then tells me it's okay but to prove what I was saying I screen shotted the text showing the price. It was to say the least the craziest delivery experience I've ever had but I must admit the flower was good which is why I'm giving 3 stars.
