I want YOU to do a tour of Turtle Creek Village Apartments and compare it to Chappell Oaks or River Springs at Barge Ranch. YOU are getting ripped off. For those hot days in the sun, the pool is great for a nice, cool plunge. Our manager, Starr, is down to earth and very approachable. When things go wrong, with one request, things are made right. The Oaks at Creekside are PET FRIENDLY We have dog stations around the property and a dog park. They are human friendly as well The celebrations around this place have been plentiful with food and drink. Sometimes giftcards are won by residence for Community participation in whatever event our dream team of Starr and Natasha come up with. Our maintenance team are polite, efficient, and dedicated. Off hour emergencies are handled within the hour! The gym is modern and open 24-7. We are close to everything! Take a left you are heading to Scott and White hospital or Burger King. We very rarely hear our upstairs neighbors and our neighbor downstairs says she rarely hears us. The office staff is nice and helpful, and they are very quick to fulfill maintenance requests. My only reason for four instead of five stars is that this place is extremely and perhaps overly expensive. They have trouble renting out empty units and I'm sure the price is part of it. They were running a $500 off your first months rent special when we leased here, but just to put it in perspective rent + water is over $1100 a month for the 2bed/2bath. If that's what you're looking for, I recommend this place because it's a good location if you work in Temple and the management is great to work with. I've been in places where the management was terrible, so I know how important management is to a good leasing and living experience.

The office staff are easy to talk to, and take time to listen to whatever you have to say. The parking areas are well lit at night. I always felt safe there. There are no cars or neighbors with overly loud music. The grounds are nicely manicured, and the pools are tested and well maintained. Can't say enough good about this hidden gem, just north of Austin, and the good people who manage it.

The club house also has a fitness center with new equipment along with a ping pong table and sitting area. While I thought the apartment complex was brand new, a resident told me that property was about 1.5 years old. These luxury apartments are located at 1701 Wolf Ranch Parkway in Georgetown. The apartment complex features modern one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with upscale finishes like quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Some of the amenities include a resort-style large pool deck with cabanas, a golf simulator, and an onsite pet park. If I was in the market for an apartment, I would definitely consider Varenna Lakeside...super cool property.

Every single week, we receive yet another email from "Property Management" outlining new penalties and threats for not complying with their demands--yet on the flip side, they refuse to take responsibility for even the most basic customer needs. I've lived here for less than a year and have already dealt with electrical outages, parking issues, mailing problems, and A/C failures. The only time they show any urgency is when they see that you've paid your rent on time. Otherwise, they take forever to respond, if they respond at all. Management repeatedly claims they're "not responsible" for anything except collecting a check--one you literally have to hand-deliver to them. They lure you in with the beauty of the complex, but do not be fooled. They do not maintain cleanliness, they are not responsive, and they absolutely do not care about the residents who live here. As a Disabled Veteran, I can say with full conviction that I hope no Soldier ever has to deal with this place. It has been nothing but disappointment and disrespect from day one.

We called multiple times and spoke with Marlene who was absolutely fabulous and guided us through the whole move-in process and we had zero issues of which we were super grateful! Since moving in within the first couple of days, we realized that we had two minor issues and placed a maintenance order and on both occasions everything was taken care of for us within 24 hours! The team is super professional and very attentive! The landscaping is lovely. The pool sparkles it's super quiet here and affordable! We live so close to so many amenities. If you want to smoke and leave cigarette butts laying around , leave your furniture at the dumpster, park your car in the fire lane, or not pick up after your dog you will not like it here.
