I hate to leave negative reviews, but this complex has done a number on my mental health. I don't want to imply that everything here is awful -- the maintence team is amazing, for one. They are incredibly quick to respond to maintence requests (sometimes coming to fix things the very same day), and all of them have been incredibly sweet. They answer all of your questions, and they are so helpful. The office staff have also been very friendly and caring. Every time I speak to Abby or Alex, they are able to listen openly and be understanding. I feel that they do try their best to help out, and I have really appreciated how gracefully they've handled some things. They are professional without being cold, sympathetic without being overly emotional. The location is fantastic as well since it's in between a lot of stuff and near Hamilton Town Center. It's tucked away a bit, so getting in and out of the complex is easy as there is never much traffic right outside. Despite the lovely staff and other positives, however, I must admit that my roommates and I are very excited to move out. While the office staff is lovely, response times vary. I was informed that I would hear back about an application that cost $50 (non-refundable) within one or two days, but more than a month passed without answer. It took me calling about our upstairs neighbors' noise levels (again) to hear anything about it, at which time it was no longer useful. Our previous upstairs neighbors subjected us to late-night domestic disputes and slamming. Our new upstairs neighbors' children scream and run/jump for hours at a time, shaking our walls. It's audible even with headphones on, a fan on, a TV on, and a pillow over your ears. Even if you somehow manage to block out the noise, you can feel it vibrate your room. Our other neighbor's kid dribbles a basketball in the hallway and occasionally against our door. He also took a metal bat to the trees and mulch around the complex and leaves half-eaten food on the stairs and throws food out of his window. We had our door beaten on and were yelled at by his mother when we politely asked that he quiet down in the hallways at 11pm. We have two other neighbors with dogs that bark for hours at a time as well and are audible from our living room. One dog was left alone barking off and on for eighteen hours. My roommates and I frequently leave for hours and sometimes even stay elsewhere for days just to get away from the noise. There are well over a dozen piles of dog poop by my building alone. There's been dog poop in the actual building hallways on multiple occasions. The office sends maintence to clean it up, so the poop is back the next day and residents are not held accountable. While I know this is out of the hands of the complex staff, I do think it's worth mentioning the following: There was an attempted armed robbery a couple of months ago in which the suspects got away on foot, numerous car break-ins when we first moved here, and instances of cars being egged. Parking can also be a nightmare. Guests take resident parking for days, and people without handicap placards park in the handicap spots. There have been other issues, but these are the ones that have been the most pressing and difficult to live with. I have lived in numerous apartments in my life, and I know that sacrifices come with living in close quarters. I expect to hear some sounds of living and to run into a small mess here and there, especially with kiddos around. However, I am on hour six of migraine-inducing noise from overhead as I write this, and I recently lost a pair of shoes to the fight against dog poop, so I am going to be very relieved when we finally move out. I don't know if other buildings are different and we just got unlucky with ours, but I'm hoping that wherever we move next has a considerate and clean community across the board. read more

Someone entered my apartment for the second time in the last year without permission and no emergency existed. First time apparently was a mixup with a work order and when it was scheduled to be completed. I was promised this wouldn't happen again and here we are on 6/10/24 I come home from work to find that someone has been in my apartment and I verified it wasn't my wife. I was the last one to leave today and first one back. I do not understand why this has happened yet again. I gave them a second chance which is extremely rare for me to do and it won't happen again with anyone. I no longer feel safe here. They took that away from me. I don't feel my dogs are safe alone either. Also for anyone thinking about moving here and will use the pool just know it always has issues and is closed more often than it's open. Trash compactor is also broken more often than not causing trash pickup to be delayed or canceled along with weekends where trash is just piled up against the trash compactor building. Looks horrible but nothing has been done to about. At this point count the loss and just buy a new one. I've lived here since February of 2019 and the last two years this place has went down hill fast and is just continuing that path. I find it sad because I loved living here and now I hate it. read more

As I read the reviews for this apartment building, I'm in shock! I've lived here for 16 months now and will continue to do so. When I first moved in, the owners/staff were pretty bad, the locks on the outside of the apartments were never working, mail was always lost, and maintenance sucked. HOWEVER, since the new owners have taken over, I have not had one single problem. Nothing in my apartment is "cheaply made" or dirty. Everything is newly updated and pretty. The carpets, when I moved in, were brand new. The workout facility is awesome! The trash pick up is phenomenal ($25/month to put your trash outside your door and it's gone the next morning? um, yes please!!) So many of my friends have told me that they wish they had trash service like that. The parking has always been an issue for others (but I purchased a garage which has 2 spots reserved for me) so I've never had an issue. We have been told that they are building more parking and the fire department has come through and painted more lines and sectioned off fire lanes in preparation for the construction. We all were issued new parking passes and I haven't heard of any complaints since the new owners about parking. The location is great and new staff is nice/knowledgeable!!! Only thing I can complain about is that sometimes when my packages don't go into the parcel pending lockers (parcel pending lockers are another added bonus of living here), the packages get left in the office and I never get a call about them... I have to seek it out and call to see if it's there. Other than that, this is an amazing place to live. read more

Flats at 146 - Entrance - Apartments Near Me - Noblesville, Indiana

Ac is always broken and there are never enough parking spots. They hardly ever pick up my phone calls and when I do get a hold of maintenance it takes forever for things to get fixed. It's 80 degrees outside and I just came back on vacation and my ac is not working at all. Maintenance are closed on Sunday so this is just perfect. On my way to buy a fan. SO unnecessary for the amount that I pay for this room. I am livid. This isnt the only thing that always breaks. Just save your money and don't move here!! It's beautiful but not worth it!!! They also have fake reviews like a girl name Jenna to fake post on the internet like google review to bump up their reviews. read more

We lived here for a year and loved it! We only moved to be closer to work. Apartment finishes are updated and high quality. They added a ton more parking which alleviated all parking issues. Garage rent is a bit pricey though at $125 a month. Valet trash was included when we signed our lease, though I don't know if that is still the case. Sometimes the electronic keypads don't work on the outside of the buildings (but maintenance can fix it if you call.) They recently added a dog park as well. Great location. We will miss this place! read more

My wife and I have lived at the Flats at 146 for less than a year - and I have to say it is the single best experience either of us has ever had in terms of apartment living. Very pet friendly, nicely built apartments, very quiet, and everyone in the office is knowledgeable and extremely friendly (shout out to Andrea!). read more

I am writing in response to Erin's response to my review. As you can imagine, I was told they "were working on" everything, including the parking lot, when I first moved there in June of 2018. IF anything is ever done, you can imagine how long that will take. However, read my entire review. Parking was not the only problem. I would have given the place zero stars if possible. Pretty cozy place, have been here for a little over a month. Office stuff is really nice and friendly, only problem is the parking, people park in the handicap and EVEN on no parking lanes in case of fires, literally blocking anyone else from parking anywhere other than that, beautiful place!! read more

look nice at first but everything is poorly made. all the cabinet doors are falling off. can feel hard knots under the carpet. not enough parking spots. worst office staff. high turnover rate and no one knows whats going on if you ask them a question. had to email maintenance 3 times to get them to come out and fix ice maker. took them months to coma and fix. cant use shower because there is only 2 setting scolding hot or freezing cold. found human waste in the pool. mail always getting lost and put in wrong mailboxes. over priced for such a poorly constructed building. read more

I've only lived here for 5 months now and there's dog feces everywhere. The person below me (he's on the first floor) let's his little dog crap everywhere and doesn't pick it up EVER and don't get me started on the bigger dog feces all over the property, especially around building 10880. I have complained to the office multiple times and nothing. I have never seen anyone go around and pick up/ "test" the dog feces so that's bs. I also complained about the light posts not working throughout the property, making it dark and unsafe for people walking around with their dogs, still nothing to be done about that issue. I also emailed the office about the fact that when I moved in, the screens on my windows don't even fit my window properly so if I want to open my windows for fresh air... WELCOME GIANT SPIDERS AND FLIES because they fit right through the big open spaces between my window and the window screen. Still has not been addressed. Speaking of bugs, MOSQUITOS ARE EVERYWHERE YOU WALK. Walk alongside grass, get ready to be attacked by 100 mosquitos. There is no pest control throughout the property whatsoever. This needs to be fixed. Also, more personal for my apartment, BUT half of my outlets in my apartment don't work so that's great (was also mentioned in an email). Alongside that, the fitness facility has a limit of 2 people to enter because of COVID but nobody follows that rule. Not satisfied with this apartment complex and I look forward to moving out ASAP. read more

Lived here for 12 months - Great community, good quality apartments and community, nice facilities. Parking is challenging after 6PM. Very disappointed in move out process as far as financing goes. Management found loop holes to charge more - Got stuck with paying extra when not needed. Overall good experience, up until the last couple weeks leading to move out. read more

There is dog poop everywhere and it's dangerous at night with hardly any working lights on. Management doesn't enforce rules here in regards to smoking (tobacco and marijuana) even though we have called the police and complained several times. The people across the way have parties all the time. We have complained so many times but nothing is ever done. This place costs way too much money for nothing ever getting done. I've asked for a number on our mailbox for a year and they have told me 4 times they will get one and never have so social security cards and birth certificate of my newborn was lost! It's frustrating to keep paying money for a place that doesn't try to help its tenants or enforce rules. We can't wait to move. Worse property I've ever lived on and being in the military I've lived a lot of places this is by far the worse. I could go on and on about many other issues like no air for months and being lied to and finding out the truth from staff on property with a newborn. You can tell the owners don't car as well because I reached out but I'll be making a report to BBB as well. read more
