I had two issues that needed attention. They both were taken care of within a suitable amount of time.

It looks as though the complex tried to cover up these damages, but never truly fix them. It is almost end of April and we still haven't had our cabinets replaced, despite multiple phone calls and emails. We also found water stains/possibly mold inside one of the cabinets. Additionally, our dishwasher had a strong smell of mold coming from it. It took about 4 different work orders for anything to be done to fix this. Our dryer takes more than one cycle to completely dry any kind of laundry load we put in. We've called and put in orders regarding this, however, no solution. Our windows are currently leaking a yellow/brown fluid anytime it rains. Taking into consideration how many issues we've had upon our arrival, rent is still absurd for the lack of quality. Energy bills run about 200-300 per month, but that might be from the fact our dryer doesn't actually dry clothes on the first round and our windows are leaking. Overall, I most definitely WOULD NOT recommend moving in here. We plan to leave as soon as we possibly can.

The costs are comparable and even on the low side of the market for what you get. They are very dog friendly with a bark park and many dog waste stations located throughout the community. Great location for families or for those relocating or between homes. Great location on the northwest side and easy access to downtown. The only negative is there is a lot of construction on the Whitestown/Zionsville exit off 65 and traffic can be heavy trying to get to the highway.

The only real nice thing about this place is the poo and gym, but due to COVID, I never the the chance to enjoy them this year as they cut the hours to 9am-6pm M-F.....when normal people are working. They will nickle and dime you for anything they can. Maintenance requests takes weeks to be completed, and they get upset when you follow up with them. My dishwasher overflowed with sewage 4 times, and each time I was told just to "use it more to clear the lines" Even though using it more never fixed the problem. I was told sewage overflow was "normal" and that there was "nothing they could do". It was very frustrating to pay rent for a so-called luxury apartment, to literally have to deal with sewage on a regular basis. I would have moved out sooner, but had to stay a little longer due to COVID. I thankfully have moved out now, but still dealing with management over ridiculous charges added to my account AFTER moving out. I would pass on this place, and live elsewhere where service and amenities are better.

Check Your Renewal Offer Before You Sign! I lived at Domain…read moreat Bennett Farms for four years. By my final lease (2025-2026), I had been paying $2,499 for a second-floor, two-bedroom apartment. When it came time to renew for 2026-2027, I was offered the same rent and was told that keeping it unchanged because I was a "good resident" was a favor. Before I moved out, the leasing office contacted me several times asking whether I had changed my mind about staying. However, after moving out, I was shocked to find my exact apartment (Unit 826) advertised for $1,995, about $500 less per month than what I had been paying and had been offered for renewal. I also found the community advertising rents from $1,595 to $2,195, all below my renewal offer. I have screenshots documenting this. This wasn't the first time I raised concerns. In 2024, after realizing I was paying significantly more than similar apartments, I requested two meetings with management. I rearranged my work schedule both times, but no one from management showed up. I was later told the apartments were different and that, because I had already signed my lease, there was nothing to discuss. My advice to anyone renewing a lease is simple: compare your renewal offer with the current advertised rent before signing. Don't assume loyalty will get you a fair renewal price. It could cost you hundreds of dollars every month.
