We chose to exit the Magnolia Room as quickly as we were ushered in that room. We then made our way to another hallway with seating and window to continue with our greetings from the family. As soon as we all sat in this area, final able to speak with family members, we were once again asked to move from this area and go to the Magnolia Room still littered with trash on the floor. It looked like they swept the debris into a pile and just left it alone. The fact we did not want to be put in this dirty and dark room seemed to aggravate the women staff when we chose to go back to lobby at the entrance area. Although staff were professionally dressed they lacked professional etiquette and came across as angry, bossy and aggressive. They could probably benefit from professional development. They did not represent your establishment very well.

It is the furthest runway from the terminal so you might have a chance while you eagerly await the opportunity to take off your seatbelt or maybe you're waiting for the flight to start. Hart Family Cemetery contains family plots first used by the Hart family in 1860. It is completely engulfed on all sides by the raised earthwork of the runways and is surrounded by warning signs and the intimidating razor wire of the airport perimeter fence. Hart family oral histories indicate that they did not fully support the Southern states' succession during the Civil War and that William Hart, who is buried here, died while traveling to Washington, D.C. to receive a pardon for deserting the Confederate army. The cemetery is in good condition though some of the smaller fences need repair and attention. Weeds have been pulled and the grass has been mowed. Many of the headstones are legible. Despite those imposing warning signs, the cemetery is completely accessible with Liberty Street providing an open thoroughfare to a small parking area. Of course, don't climb the fences. This place is does not exist so you can mourn the loss of someone you love in the way they deserve, but instead to gouge you of every penny they can while you are grieving the loss of someone special to you. They merely exist to make a profit off of the unfortunate passing of your loved ones and attempt to drain your wallet while you are between tears. As soon as they found out that we were not purchasing an over-priced casket from them their attitudes toward us completely changed. During our viewing they would come up to us, while we were mourning with family and friends, to discuss financial issues such as payment to them. When we asked if this matter could wait, they responded 'no' it needs to be done now. Really? Now? Also, we were forced to cut out parts of the service for my loved one because they said it would be too long and they would have to charge us extra. Too long? If we left it the way it was, the service may have run for approximately 45 minutes. Fortunately, I have not been to many funerals, but I do not consider a 45 minute service to say your final farewells and blessings a long service by any stretch of the imagination. I would actually say that is closer to the short to average length of other services I have attended. The staff here was all business. They were rude, selfish, and cold to my entire family. I would not wish the family of my worst enemy to have a service here. I told him I will fix myself with more dirt under the gravel and he said hold on. Then his DADDY came to the phone . This man was absolutely the rudest human being I have talked to in years. He told me I don't have a problem and that I should call the monument company . He would not even listen to the issue as the monument is not what I was calling about . Also, it seems like the venue was able to house an other service simultaneously. I'm very impressed with the entire business. There were monitors on the wall that were reflecting some family memories. However, great bonuses were the acoustic in the room and well working microphones so the quest could actually follow the beautiful seremon and the lovely songs performed by the mourning family members. After making some adjustments to my bill, it appears the bill for the higher amount was submitted to the insurance company resulting in an overpayment of 2115.00. I have made every attempt to get them to rectify this oversight simply to be told we are still waiting. It is now Nov 18th, the funeral was three months ago. Be sure to check your paperwork. If I had not been diligent in making sure the numbers were right, I never would have known, and I doubt they would have mentioned this.
