I met Ms. Tara and she was very friendly and welcoming. The funeral Chapel holds at least 200 people or more. I'm not sure of the total Value however the funeral service s and quality were exquisite. We were invited to attended a funeral here Tuesday February 25, 2025. The receptionist was…read morepleasant. While being greeted by family members in the entrance area, staff asked us to move to a small dirty room, with no windows, littered with trash on the floor, called the Magnolia Room. We chose to exit the Magnolia Room as quickly as we were ushered in that room. We then made our way to another hallway with seating and window to continue with our greetings from the family. As soon as we all sat in this area, final able to speak with family members, we were once again asked to move from this area and go to the Magnolia Room still littered with trash on the floor. It looked like they swept the debris into a pile and just left it alone. The fact we did not want to be put in this dirty and dark room seemed to aggravate the women staff when we chose to go back to lobby at the entrance area. Although staff were professionally dressed they lacked professional etiquette and came across as angry, bossy and aggressive. They could probably benefit from professional development. They did not represent your establishment very well.

The chapel was clean, had sparkling crystal chandeliers (they were very clean), and the stain glass windows were simple but nice. Black piano in the lobby added a very classy touch, and contributed to the nice atmosphere. Seems like there were a lot of friendly employees available to assist quests. Also, it seems like the venue was able to house an other service simultaneously. I'm very impressed with the entire business. There were monitors on the wall that were reflecting some family memories. However, great bonuses were the acoustic in the room and well working microphones so the quest could actually follow the beautiful seremon and the lovely songs performed by the mourning family members. Parking lot was not paved but at least there was enough parking. There were some parking spaces on the street as well.

Early 2024 we discovered that the vases on two of our families graves had been destroyed. Not only our family members vases but vases destroyed all over the Cemetery. We started Calling to inquire when this would be fixed and have been told they are on order they will be fixed soon. We called numerous times during 2024 and got the same response. It is now almost a year later and still not fixed. I am reporting this Cemetery to the Offices of the Secretary of State Cemeteries. I would advise you to check if you have family buried there in case this has happened to you too.
