I've been coming to this car wash for 4 years and they never disappoint. They are pretty fast and efficient. They pay attention to detail and even vacuum my car seats- which I appreciate. I recommend coming early during the week because they get very busy. There's an outdoor seating area while you wait. I usually pick up food nearby and eat. (On Queen St, there's so many food options: Fancy Bagels, Starbucks, Dunkin, Ellie's Farmhouse - our favorite brunch spot... etc. Jersey Mike's, Chipotle, Moe's, Buffalo Wild Wings, iHop, a ton of fast food restaurants, etc. depending on the time of day!) I tell everyone about this place. They are wonderful! It's relatively inexpensive, especially considering that they have consistently done a great job every time. I've never paid more than $70 before tip. Tip is completely optional and they've never asked/ they aren't pushy or expectant about it. You can give a tip directly to them or discretely put it in one of their secure tip boxes. The cost of a wash without any special package is $20-something I think. I did end up purchasing a membership, so... great sales tactic! The monthly price is very reasonable, and my car has never looked better. I love the dedicated "members only" express lane. A camera scans my license plate and opens the gate; then I just drive onto the smooth conveyor belt and drive out with a sparkling car. I'm used to having a set timer for a set price, and then having to add one dollar at a time if the timer is about to expire. That's a fine approach in my book. Tough at times, but you get good at it. This place gives you a set time, then continuously charges you beyond that time without your need for input. That's great that I dont have to add a dollar if running out of time, but I'd rather have it stop when time is up. Here, however, if you pay credit it'll let it keep charging, and if you drive away when done without hitting stop, your bill will keep climbing. If you try to add more money before the time ends after paying with credit, nothing happens, but it'll stop service and take your cash until you pay again for full service. I stupidly paid credit, visually saw the timer approaching limit and added a physical dollar bill to finish my clean up. Instead of adding time it STOPPED the clock. I was out of singles and had to swipe my card again to rinse the soap off. End result was a $6-7 self serve wash job cost me $21. Could you get a decent deal here? Sure...just know the games they're playing if you pay credit. ...I should note that the credit agreement on the wall explains some of this so long as you actually read it and don't just assume the industry standard rules apply, but they still fail to explain the billing structure beyond the minimum time charged. It says the maximum charge, but no indication of the increments between the minimum and maximum charges.

This is not the only place that uses the dollar coin system. In fact, it can work to your advantage, because a lot of things are just a dollar, including the vacuums, for which you get four minutes. I have a little 2-seater, so it's perfect for me. And for my truck, 8 minutes is well worth two dollars. I usually use the self-service bays. Fortunately, their wheel cleaner ACTUALLY REMOVES BRAKE DUST, unlike some of the other places of this ilk in the area. Powerful cleaners that are actual solvents for grease... that's a plus! If you have a small car, and don't have OCD, you can get your car clean for $4. $3 at the self service bay, $1 at the vacuum. You can't be mad at that, even if the machines only took Eisenhower dollar coins :D.

As soon as I complained he said I better be quiet or he will pull my monthly pass, and turn me away. He was threatening both verbally and physically while I was sitting in my car. I got out of my car to speak to him or other technichian at this point to cancel my monthy subsciption he then said I was using foul language towards him which I was not, and told me he would cancel my subscription based upon my complaint after 15 minutes still waiting in line. I felt threatened, and removed myself from the situation so as not to have him continue to make threats. All I asked was to cancel my monthly due to his rude and unprofessiobal tone. This person has no business interacting with customers or anyone else for that matter. They arn't the only car wash in town. My wife was present and was nervous, and we are both canceling.
