My son Z began his journey with Paul at Flash boxing Gym, he's lost weight, gained endurance and proper meal consumption. Paul taught my son to stop eating all those junk foods that hurt his body and mind . Now my son only thinks about eating healthy and boxing. I'm so happy with the results!!! Thank you Paul for the support. Carol read more

Came in a couple weeks ago on a Class Pass and I really dig this place. Paul is super cool and takes the time to work with you. He even gave me extra time beyond what the Class Pass was offering. I will definitely be going again, good workout, cool people. read more

I've been boxing (training) elsewhere for a while and decided to give Paul and Flash a chance this last weekend. It was my 1st trial and I learned more here than in other locations in the LA area that I have been to. Paul was patient and seemed cognizant of what he was teaching me about boxing basics. He knew not to push too hard and listened to my needs. Most places put in a line and never look at you again. Paul looked at form and explained the why behind the what and knew where I needed the most coaching to become a better boxer. I'm going back and feel that I will definitely learn what I've missed all these years. read more

This boxing gym is amazing if you feel you are dedicated to the sport. The head Coach really reflects that desire so long as you put it in yourself. Words don't mean much but actions do. That's the type of guy he is and I'm all for it! Boxing turned out to be something not for me, but to those that boxing may be for, this place is it! Sorry to let you down Coach! Thanks for everything! - From William read more

It's a good work out, just won't learn much as a beginner. I went in with 0 experience and came out only knowing how to wrap my knuckles and throw an OK punch, definitely could use more training for future beginners. read more

This boxing gym has recently expanded!!! It is now equipped with 2 bathrooms, 2 rings, and many more boxing bags! Whether you come in to just try boxing, or to train for your next fight, the trainers here are knowledgeable and helpful, and they will take care of your training needs. They now offer drinks (water, Powerade....), and have a vending machine within the gym. They also have some shirts on sale which you can see like parts of the wall as well. There are more parking spots as well, as the gym now has reign over the spots that used to belong to the business towards which they took over the space off during the expansion. With more amenities provided, it may be an even better place to do your workouts at. Try it out! read more

The gym has a family atmosphere where everyone is treated with respect. The head trainer Jorge has a vast amount of boxing knowledge and pays attention to details that will help you improve. The gym itself has two boxing rings along with 6 heavy bags, 2 speed bags, and 2 double end bags. In addition, they are always playing great boxing matches on the flat screens tv's they have. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to get in great shape as well those who are looking to improve themselves in the craft of boxing. read more

I had been searching for a Boxing gym to call home for quite some time now but The minute I walked in I could sense the expertise that came with Jorge. His immediate reaction to help out anyone no matter their skill level was apparent and made the experience very welcoming. I immediately signed up! Every member is friendly and eager to succeed keeping somewhat of a competitive atmosphere. The schedule is very open which is compatible with my crazy work schedule! Jorge's willingness to help makes every session feel like a personal training day. I'm excited to continue my progression and I believe that I will see the best results here. Jorge 'Kid Flash' is a no nonsense type of trainer. He will put you to work. So be ready! It's a small gym, but full of quality. Everyone is there to work, but there is a camaraderie at Flash Boxing that I haven't felt at any other gym I've ever been to. Everyone, including Kid Flash, is very welcoming and willing to help you. The workouts are amazing. I've never sweat so much in my life! Kid Flash takes the time to get to know and work with each person. I'm learning so much about a sport I have never tried before. Each day I am getting more conditioned and stronger. I'm definitely enjoying my time at this gym and making the most of every workout with Kid Flash. read more

The owners are so friendly and knowledgable! The trainer Jorge Diaz (former pro boxer) is very hands on and makes you feel important, even if you aren't training to be a professional fighter (and there are plenty that come in or train). The gym is very well kept and clean. The bathroom and shower are AMAZING for any gym. If you're a woman, you should feel welcome and accommodated :-) It may not be the biggest gym in LA, but the family atmosphere they provided me far exceeds the need for a huge space. If you're looking to get into boxing, whether professionally or just trying to stay in shape and get sexy, this is the boxing gym to go to! read more

My sister recommended this gym to my husband and I. We started at the end of January with a goal to get stronger. I definitely saw a difference in my strength after 2 weeks. Everyone there is very nice. I mainly saw teenaged boys, who by the way were very polite, but I also saw the youngest little man at 6yrs of age and once an older man who was probably in his 60s. Regardless of age, Jorge will put you to work! Our experience was great. Had to stop going this month, but hoping to get back to hitting the bags in a few months. My favorite thing about this gym is that it's not a fashion show or social media hangout like regular gyms have become. Everyone goes here to put in work and train, that's it. read more

it's been about a month since I signed my son up he is only 8 but he already has learned so much. All the coaches there are encouraging and gives him the attention he needs. also pushes him just enough without wearing him out. definitely would recommend this place for all ages. read more

This is by far one of the best boxing gyms ever. The owner Jorge is an amazing coach as well as all of the other coaches. Although Jorge will scream at you from time to time(on a daily basis) he's an excellent coach and he knows what he's doing. It doesn't matter if you're a pro boxer or not, the coaches and sometimes even the people in the gym will help you out whether if it's your form or punching power. Now let me get to the people, the people that go to the gym are not egocentric jerks and they won't try to intimidate you, quite the contrary actually, they'll motivate you while you're doing your rounds or help you out if you need anything, it's almost like another family, everyone is polite and amazing. So in case my review wasn't clear enough, I highly recommend joining the Flash Boxing Gym read more

Jorge is the greatest. Unfortunately I have been caught up with moving, school and work that I haven't been able to train. But even after moving from 5 minutes, to 30 minutes away I plan on training here once again. There is no where else I would rather be than here. Everyone is friendly and offers support and help at anytime. The prices are more cost effective here than anywhere else I have been and whether you want to learn some self defense or become a fighter, you will become stronger, smarter, more aware and more healthy than ever before. The equipment is always clean, there is no foul smell or odors and everyone is treated equal. Jorge will guide you in the direction you wish to go. You must be willing to work hard and put in the effort to reach your goals. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this small, family feel, boxing gym. The morning hours are filled with adults ranging from serious boxers, amateur boxers, and novice like me looking to lose weight. As a former athlete at a very high-level, I must say the boxing workout I received a flash was the toughest yet most rewarding athletic workout ever. Along with the nutritional awareness plan, I lost 30 pounds in nine weeks. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the sport. It is really the best boxing gym in the area. I sent my daughter to one of the neighboring boxing gyms and it was a good fit for her as a teenager but not for me as an adult. read more

First let me start off by saying how much I love this Gym!!! I was driving by and saw the sign outside, so I decided to Google it . I was a bit scared because it was a Boxing Gym which typically means men's only but when I called Andrea (one of the owners) answered the phone. She was very nice and professional. I explained to her that I wanted to loose weight and tone my arms. She made me feel very comfortable that I forgot boxing was mainly for men.She told me i was going to be in good hands and asked me to call Jorge "kid Flash" who is the head trainer. Jorge is one of the best trainers I have met. The workouts are amazing and the dedication he puts in training each person is the best. I love this Gym and for the price and "one on one" training I receive I would not trade it for any other gym. This is my 3rd week going and I will not stop coming. I feel amazing after each workout.I have been to other gyms and boot camps, etc and I give up the first week. Today after I finished working out Paul one of the owners asked me how i was feeling and Thanked me for coming to the gym. They care about the clients which is rare in any business now days.Thank you Jorge I feel great and I am starting to see a big change in my body.Thank you Jorge, Andrea and Paul I have never been to a place where since day one the customer service is great and remains great even throughout time.Ladies don't be afraid to join this Gym, trust me women are very strong too. read more
