I have started using AAA on North May Avenue for my 2015 PU. I have no trust in dealerships and…read morehad been looking for a repair shop. We have been AAA members for years and have used their roadside emergency services on several occasions, but auto services had never occurred to me. Then this past summer I needed new struts and I started collecting quotes, including one from AAA after they popped up in my Google search for auto repair service. I appreciated the interaction with their service advisor, liked the quote and their service. They replaced my struts and the process was smooth and uneventful. Last week I noticed that my right front headlight was out, so I made an appointment with AAA on North may. One minor pickup today. They did not have the bulb in stock and had to order it, but the received it quickly and the entire process was 1.5 hours. I call their building a "full service. They handle all expected services. Their service garage has 6 bays.

They struck me as very professional: organized, efficient, thorough, and friendly. I especially liked how they explained things to me clearly, in a way even people without specialized knowledge of automatives could understand. They answered my questions without making me feel rushed or unintelligent. I learned things that helped me in making my decision about the car.

A few years back I took my 95 Ford ranger with a muffler issue to these guys. They didn't have the…read moreparts needed to fix it quickly so they referred me to someone who could. In my search for a new car I would take the cars to them and they would give me their honest opinion. I later took in my Nissan Altima because it had the check oil light on after I had my oil changed at a chain. Turned out to be the cap was loose after having that "checked" at the chain I went to (they didn't charge me for their time). I've gone many times to have them check my car before road trips and they have never tried to get me to fix something unnecessarily or they give me a timeline of when I should get something fixed. When my tires were past due to change, they ordered the tires at a discount for me and told me who I should take the tires to to have them installed (again free of charge besides the little kickback he probably got from ordering the tires). If you haven't already guessed. I trust these guys with all my car needs. I could have easily been swindled seeing as my car knowledge is 0. These guys are the best!!

I have never been talked to you like that by someone who was trying to run a business. If I was the owner, I would fire this person. They were not communicative. When I called to check on it, I guess they didn't have a chance to get to it cause they got busy "yesterday." I don't understand because I called this morning and they said it would be done by the end of the day. He didn't mention anything about being busy. I am so pissed off.
