These doctors said they would do one thing which was to cut threw my existing scar and remove the tissue/fat that was making my chin lopsided. BUT without me knowing they took the easy route and made a new cut straight threw to where they needed to remove tissue and fat. This doubled the size of my scar and they did not entirely fix the unevenness. I am very unhappy about their lack of care and untruthfulness. They said they would perform the surgery one way and did it another. Stay away from this practice! I am sure a more complicated surgery will not be good since they like to cut corners. Shame on them...

It shouldn't have taken so long just to end up refusing to do the procedure which I feel was unnecessary since my doctor (a specialist) said it would be alright.

Doctor Quintero is EASY to reach once surgery is over, day or night. He will reassure you when you are scared, unsure or simply confused. ALL three are very scary after surgery.... if ever you have had surgery, we ALL go through the phases of scared, sad, questioning and then thrill..... he's there for all. Dr. Quentiro met my husband ON A SATURDAY to give him a prescription for me. He is an artist and extremely kind. You will LOVE him. I later came back in 2018 for another lift and implant AND lip lift... he outdid himself. I wish someone had told me about a lip lift years ago! Filler would be a thing of the past....
