The level of accessibility is so unmatched, I feel so appreciative and safe that whenever I have any questions or need clarification about products, routine, or general skin concerns she is always so kind and goes out of her way to help answer questions. She never tries to blindly sell any service, instead she takes the time to hear your concerns and goals, look at your skin, and then suggest treatment plans that will do the most and actually get you where you want to be. That level of care, concern, and trust is top tier, and hard to find (I feel like most places just say "yep do this expensive service" and then it doesn't help because it's not actually what you needed. They are different here, they actually only suggest what you actually need, no upselling). My skin is light years different than when I first walked in, I'm so thankful. I'm also way more educated on my skin now, instead of a 30 minute, 6 step AM/PM routine with multiple products that weren't working, I now overall spend less money, and have a way shorter, simpler, easier 5 minute skincare routine with less products, saving time and money, and my skin has never looked better. The interior is calm, cute, and inviting, and everyone is so nice!
