I can't say enough great things about Regine and her staff! Everyone is always so kind and welcoming and the new space is so relaxing. You always leave feeling pampered and cared for. The Eminence product line they use for their facials is amazing and has made a huge difference in my skin. It's 100% worth it to invest in high quality, natural skin care. I have very sensitive skin and their products have never been irritating or broke me out. I highly recommend treating yourself to a facial with Regine! I had purchased my husband a giftcard from here a year or so ago (under different ownership). Had a great experience and husband Enjoyed his experience/massage and always talked about going again. I wanted to get him another one and I stopped by one day and there was no one in the store. I waited... waited some more and waiting some more. Called the store to maybe get someone's attention.... nothing. No signs up, door unlocked... but no one around. I left and thought I'd try again later after running some errands. Came back about an hour and a half later to the same thing except there was a sign on the front desk this time saying "sorry for the inconvenience we are currently busy." ?!??? Not set up to be very efficient when I was here an hour and a half ago with no help and now your busy ? I called the store probably seven times, no answer so I just said "hello" to see if anyone was in the building and just didn't hear me come in... I waited about ten minutes and two people finally popped out a room and said "can I help you?!?! " in the rudest tone. And I asked if it would be possible to purchase a giftcard ? And one of them says ...." ummm.. yea. Give me a minute." And the other says... "uhh... there's a sign up." And walks back into the room. I waited almost ten more minutes and left. Horrible experience. I purchased a gift card for my husband at another local business and will not be back to Illusions Spa.

She is my "go-to" for hair cuts, for sure, and consistently does an outstanding job! I have also had Emily style my hair for a wedding I was in and was so, so pleased with it! I wanted to wait awhile before leaving a review on my elective Breast Reduction in December 2021. I…read morefeel like I can now leave an honest review. Dr Ryan Flanagan was very brief in consultation. I expected to have a few appointments before my surgery, however that was not the case. From our consultation to surgery, I never saw Dr Flanagan again until he came in to mark me up 20 minutes before surgery. At our consultation, we discussed the different methods for removing tissue and decided to do a FNG so that he could remove however much tissue I wanted him to. Fast forward to surgery day, I am letting him know while marking me up that I want him to make me as small as he can. I've had a very large chest since I was 13 years old and I want to be no bigger than a D, preferably I would want to be a C. This is when I know that he is not going to give me what I want. He looks at me and tells me he will do what looks best for my body. I am short and stout, at 5'2" and 150lbs. I know a C will look small on me but it's what I want. I'm tired of the back pain. I'm tired of my clothes not fitting. I want them gone. Now here we are, 6 months post op and I am a DDD. I started as an H before surgery so he definitely removed tissue and lifted them, but I am no where near where I would like to be. At my post op appointments, I only saw him to remove staples, in which I expressed my concerns for my size and he said I was very swollen and they would go down more. (They did not) and then I saw him again at 6 weeks post op and I literally didn't get a chance to speak. He came in, said they looked good, released me to all activities and took photos. All in all, he did his job, but he is a surgeon who thinks he knows better than what the patient wants and I probably won't recommend anyone to him for this particular procedure.
