The Eminence product line they use for their facials is amazing and has made a huge difference in my skin. It's 100% worth it to invest in high quality, natural skin care. I have very sensitive skin and their products have never been irritating or broke me out. I highly recommend treating yourself to a facial with Regine! I wanted to get him another one and I stopped by one day and there was no one in the store. I waited... waited some more and waiting some more. Called the store to maybe get someone's attention.... nothing. No signs up, door unlocked... but no one around. I left and thought I'd try again later after running some errands. Came back about an hour and a half later to the same thing except there was a sign on the front desk this time saying "sorry for the inconvenience we are currently busy." ?!??? Not set up to be very efficient when I was here an hour and a half ago with no help and now your busy ? I called the store probably seven times, no answer so I just said "hello" to see if anyone was in the building and just didn't hear me come in... I waited about ten minutes and two people finally popped out a room and said "can I help you?!?! " in the rudest tone. And I asked if it would be possible to purchase a giftcard ? And one of them says ...." ummm.. yea. Give me a minute." And the other says... "uhh... there's a sign up." And walks back into the room. I waited almost ten more minutes and left. Horrible experience. I purchased a gift card for my husband at another local business and will not be back to Illusions Spa.

My nostrils were less than tranquil. And though my mens facial was decent, 150 for a 45 min face washing and eh... anyway. Save your self the money and buy a nice bottle of whiskey. Or a steak dinner. So the staff was nice and amenities great ( and the staff should give you your privacy while in there changing). I arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment. I had a short wait since there was only one person at the front desk and there were helping other clients at the time. When it was my turn, I was warmly greeted and given a tour of the facility. The changing rooms are right off the main lobby area, and I was guided around the area and advised on what was available to use. I decided to change and then head to the relaxation room to await my massage. The room had flavored water and hot tea available, as well as a few packaged snacks. There were several Lounge chairs available with sheer curtains to provide some privacy. My massage therapist arrived right around my massage time and took me to my room. She was very nice and explained the process and asked if I had any areas of concern. Unfortunately the massage wasn't great, I had opted for a deep tissue massage, but not a lot of pressure was used.
