I've been here twice now. The first was for a haircut and color and the second time was for a haircut. My stylist took the time to discuss what it was that I wanted. Since I find it hard to describe how I want my hair cut, I showed her a photo taken after my previous cut. My stylist, Kristen, did a fabulous job matching the new hair color to my previous color. Kristen also did I good job recreating my previous cut. All the staff were super nice and the prices were definitely spot on. I also appreciated the fact that the staff seemed informed regarding my bringing my medical service dog with me and there were no problems. read more

The stylist that I was given could not keep her eyes open while talking to me and seemed very tired. She continued to nod her head as if she was falling asleep. She seemed very confused about what I wanted to have done. She had to ask someone else to ask me, this employee understood me perfectly. I did not feel comfortable at all having this employee do my hair. I told another employee how I felt and told her i no longer wanted to have my hair done here. She proceeded to get very rude with me, even though nothing had been done to my hair yet. It was even still up in the bun I had walked in with. I had been in the styling chair for over a half hour. Most of the time spent just sitting there. VERY rude, unprofessional, and scary to have someone in that condition doing hair.
