Our appetizers, wings and rib rolls, were served at the 9-minute mark, followed by our dinner 14 minutes later. The entire meal was prepared within 25 minutes, including the burger and New York strip steak, which were both cooked to perfect medium. Horrible horrible experience, as a customer all I received is excuses from the manager Dorian....the service was extremely slow, I sat at the bar had dinner and prior to my dinner being finished I placed a take out order which took almost 45 minutes to come out. When I asked for a manager Dorian was extremely rude stating it's nothing she can do she can't be everywhere; she had to send staff home, she can't check on the kitchen to see what's taking orders so long. Such a disappointment. We were at expo and wanted a hamburger...with all the choices nearby we chose Flanny's knowing it's consistent across the board and we could count on a quality burger. Did not happen. The meat was dried out and the bun was one of the worst buns we've had on a burger. We even asked for a new one but that wasn't better. We asked the server if they've changed breads recently; it was that bad. Both the burger and fries just seemed like they had been sitting around for a while. I'm not ever in that area so I would never go back there anyway but it's turned me off to Flanagans for a while, that's for sure. read more

Had a visit here today. it was Football Sunday and you could still get in for a seat in a reason timeframe. The food was great as usua. Out waitress Nicole was awesome. She made sure to continuously check in with us to make sure we were good. She was outstanding. I recommend this location to anyone. read more

1st time here. We just moved from CA and we loved everything about this restaurant from the menu, to the food, to the atmosphere and of course, AMAZING service from Sam, our waitress. Everything was just WOW and delicious. I ordered the full-rack rib special. So good & fell off the bone! We'll be back again for sure! read more

We went to the one in Wellington for the first time. We eat at the one in Stuart all the time. There were three of us. We went at 4 and there was no wait. We had the joes meal deal. It s a complete dinner with salad and a side and a drink. We had lemon tilapia, prime rib and a rack of ribs. Nice size portions and large Caesar salads. Food was very good. Service was very good. We were not going to have dessert but my grand daughter saw the dessert menu and even though we were filled she talked us into having dessert because she liked the picture. We had the bonsai brownie. It was great. If we are back in the area we will stop in. BTW when we left there was a long wait. read more

Been eating at Flanigans for years. Best NY Strip and all the sides. Consistency of service and food always.

My wife and I generally go there for the prime rib which we find to be excellent, we normally sit at the bar where we find that we can set our own pace for having a cocktail and dinner, the service is usually good but the bar staff is generally working under pressure and can't always be attentive, the atmosphere is always pleasant and we will continue to patronize this location. read more

We were a party of 3. Gaby was our server. She made the entire enjoyable. I was diagnosed with stage 4 cirrhosis and it is difficult to figure out what to eat, so when Gaby asked what I would like I said a piece of lettuce and water. We laughed for 10 minutes. Terrible customer service. Will never go back. Was waiting for a table outside. After waiting about 20 mins the manager (Cody I think) rudely informed us that he just got a table of 40 that was taking every table outside. We had our dogs and a hungry 6 year old so couldn't eat inside. He definitely could have squeezed us in somewhere if this 40 person party was even real. Then they sat another family outside!!! Have never been treated like this or so insulted. Shame on you Flannigans - never returning and will tell all to go elsewhere. Update to reply to corporate response below: We were not informed the patio was closed. Wasn't thrilled with the food or drinks....had blackened fish sandwich with curly fries and had $5 cosmo that didn't taste like a cosmo, didn't drink it, then ordered patron margarita that tasted more like water with patron. Service was good, waitress was friendly. read more

What a GREAT lunch spot! I have had two lunches in the past few weeks here! The service is quick and food is delicious. Plus everything is priced reasonably. I love the chipotle chicken stack sandwich and the lemon chicken pasta. I did order off the joes meal deal menu once and I felt like it was a good value.
