As far as chains go, I've never had a bad experience with any of their locations. The staff here are friendly, informative and fast. The place is impeccable clean, and even with the dark motif, inviting. Music is clear and present, but not overly so. Conversation comes easy. My food was fresh and prepared perfectly. Lots of flavor and cleanly presented. My salad was crisp and had just the right amount of everything to make it enjoyable, especially on a day as warm as today. The chicken, that was my entrée, was tender and juicy and the fries were crispy as could be, without being overdone. When a chain restaurant does an exceptional job, they deserve praise just as much as any other restaurant does. This location did an excellent job and made my experience a great one. read more

Visited Flanigan's today with my partner and two visitors from Maine. Always a nice experience, but today's visit was made even better by our server Katrina. Super efficient and personality plus. I don't know what's going on at Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill, but the hostesses on Sunday, May 3rd were some of the most unprofessional, rude, and flat-out disrespectful people I've ever encountered. We were told a 10-minute wait. Fine. Not a problem. But after standing there for over 25 minutes with zero updates, I politely asked how much longer and you would've thought I committed a crime. The blonde hostess had an attitude from the second we walked in, acting annoyed that she even had to acknowledge us. When I asked a simple question, she got visibly irritated and responded with pure attitude. The brunette wasn't any better actually, she might've been worse. Constant eye rolling, nasty looks, whispering comments, and just overall mean-girl behavior. It was beyond unprofessional it was embarrassing for them. Watching grown employees act like middle school bullies is wild. And the manager? Standing right there, watching it all happen, doing absolutely nothing. That alone tells you everything about how this place is being run. What really sealed it was watching these two openly make fun of other customers walking by. Not even trying to hide it. Just straight-up mocking people. It was disgusting behavior. And no, this isn't an "older generation complaining" situation I'm 23. This was just straight-up rude, immature, and trashy behavior from staff who clearly shouldn't be working the front of a restaurant. It's honestly sad because we used to come here all the time, and the servers and bartenders are great. But the front-of-house staff? Completely toxic. They are the first impression of your restaurant, and right now that impression is terrible. I will absolutely never be coming back. If management has any standards at all, they seriously need to clean house up front--because right now, it's a joke. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill. This has always been one of our favorite spots, which makes this even more frustrating to write. From the moment we walked in, the hostesses were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We were quoted a wait time, which we were completely fine with but we ended up waiting far beyond that with zero communication. When I politely asked for an update, I was met with attitude and a look that made me feel completely disrespected. It only got worse. When we were finally seated, I overheard the hostess making rude, unnecessary comments about me and my family. For a party of just three people, the way we were treated was honestly shocking. I understand young staff need experience, and age isn't the issue but the behavior, whispering, and mean comments about customers was the worst I've ever witnessed in a restaurant. The only bright spot of the night was our server, who was kind, attentive, and truly great at his job. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for how uncomfortable and unwelcome the front-of-house staff made us feel. It's a shame because we've loved coming here, but management seriously needs to address how guests are being treated at the door. No one deserves that level of disrespect. read more

Flanigan's never disappoints. Wide variety of foods and options. We always leave beyond satisfied as do the kids!

Everything is great food is delicious. Beer is ice. Cold prices are great ,except don't order chicken wings if you don't like them burnt.

Great atmosphere and food. I find myself coming back weekly for nacho Monday! You can't beat the lunch specials too.

You can't lose when you go to flannys. Theres a reason they have a following. The bbq ribs... sticky and packed with flavor. The pasta Caesar? My go to with chicken, sometimes salmon. Always fun, friendly service. Perfect for families to make some noise and enjoy great food. read more

Great food and drinks and very welcoming staff. The background music could come down a few notches.

We are regulars here 3 weeks ago had a group dinners of 20 that was supposed to be in the back rom arranged in advance. The day before the event called to confirm the final number, told by the manager I could either eat outside or on the high tops as back room being used. Arrived given 2 tables of of 8. Went to the manager told her missing 4 places she said to there are 5 seats per side. I said wrong tables. Only 4 per side she went to check. Found I was right then tried to crowd 2 more seat at each table which did not work but she walked off with me and another guest who had to take it upon ourselves to find a way sitting at the end by the bar getting bumped into constantly. The manager never came back never apoligized for screwing up. Today ordered half BBQ Chicken meal . Chicken arrived was so shrivelled and so small there was no meat on leg or wing the leg. Brought it 2 our waitresses attention she responding like I was a boyhersome knat " do you want another one" I said yes. 15 minutes later still waiting, no word before or after from our waitress. Went to find her found her said still cooking will be ready in a few. Realized still had a baked potatoe in front of me that was cold so asked to speak to the manager to make sure i got another baked potatoe amd let her know what hapened. Met her on the way to my seat she had delivered the meal. Asked it there was another baked potatoe as the other was cold she abruptly said she brought a full meal. The food the excellent the chicken was large and juicy which was my usual experience as I order the same meal every time even had the same waitress the last time but the manager never bothered to come back. Showed our waitress the difference and she just sneered.Charged full price not even an apoligy for the inconvenience they caused. As far as I am an concerned the managers need reducation in customer service because it is trickling down to the staff. I would mention names but they know who they are and hopefully if they are shown this they learn from it. I will be back because I dont leave because of a few nasty people. read more

Flanigans in Wellington lost a point from me for cleanliness... I'm sure the restaurant has been open for years, but it smells like a college bar when you sit in your booth and everything just had an ick factor for me. The pepper shaker was clogged and had to be opened at the top to be used. Now for what they do do right... this is a fun place. I loved that all the fish on the walls were wearing Santa hats. Four of us had ribs and they truly couldn't have been better. My sister ordered the ($16.99) Dolphin/mahi mahi and it was the thinnest fillet we've ever seen, so she was a bit disappointed. Everything else was great. The prices are also good here. This is definitely a family restaurant. Our family who are Floridians eat here regularly so that says a lot too. I do recommend Flannigans... I just wish they'd take a week and steam clean the entire place. I forgot to take photos of our food, but there are so many photos of ribs I doubt mine would have added anything new. read more

More like 3 1/2 stars.... They were packed on a Saturday night. There was an hour wait for a table, so we decided to sit at the bar. We found two seats by luck. Considering they were so busy, we had very good service from the bartenders and staff. We both got their seafood gumbo. This was slightly spicy, but just ok. There were a couple soggy shrimp in my soup and a few fish chunks. I've had better at another Flanigan's location. I had a burger for my "main". It was cooked as ordered. For my side, I tried their pasta salad. If you like black olives, you'll like this as much as I did. My husband had a Caesar salad and an order of garlic rolls. The Caesar was huge and filling. It was a "chopped" Caesar salad. We'd definitely come back here. I'm a fan of their "famous" ribs and like their wings, too. read more

We had a very bad experience today between the food and the service. It will be a while before we return. After waiting more than 40 minutes for our food, what was served and what was ordered didn't match up, a Well done cheeseburger was barely Medium. The Medium Well burger was Well done +++, it was so dry I don't think my dog would enjoy eating it. The requested "hot" and well done fries were not only cold and less than lukewarm, they were also barely cooked. It took another 20 minutes for the corrected food order. The manager was not helpful in regard to compensation; the entire meal should have been comped imho. The server was almost nonexistent to the point that we left money on the table because we were tired of waiting for our check. Spending one and one half hour+ at Flannigans for a lunch meal that should not have taken more than 45-60 minutes is unacceptable. read more

Consistent food - great portions. Reliable, good food with a fun, friendly bar. Worth your time to go!

Very disappointed! Have been to this place several times and last evening's visit was awful. Ordered a full rack of ribs to share with my wife. Was only offered on side dish (she wanted a baked potato and I ordered a side of dirty rice which I had to pay extra for). Every other time we have been there, we have gotten two side dishes with the meal. The ribs were burnt! I was very hungry so I ate my half because we couldn't get the attention of the waitress. My wife did not eat her half and when we finally got the waitress, my wife was given a new half rack of ribs. The new rack was burnt on the outside , but partly raw on the inside. Not very good at all. read more
