Fanigan's is a South FL staple... it's just great. Don't come here and expect some culinary mastery... you'd be making a mistake. What you see is what you get! Flanigan's makes their food the way everyone really wants their food to be made - Saucy, buttery, etc. the food is all very savory. It's a darker dive-style restaurant with a classic nautical theme, great bar, and outdoor seating. It's a great spot to watch a sports game and get drinks, bar food, and have large groups. Ribs are legendary, nachos are huge (highly recommend), and seafood gumbo is excellent. My two favorite sandwiches are the Chicken Stack and the Blackened Tuna Hoagie. I highly recommend Flanigan's to anyone visiting South FL! This Wellington location specifically is not the best location. I prefer the location near downtown West Palm Beach. read more

As always, Flanigan's is the best. Came here from a soccer tournament and had a party of 20 with me. I was wondering if I can book an advance and actually reserve a table since we were so large and I knew that they were going to have a hard time seating us. I decided to call especially since it was the Dolphins game. I Called And I was happily informed that I can make reservations for parties greater than 20. I was so happy thank you Gina! I believe the servers name was Gina? When we got there, we were seated immediately. Brandon took care of us and he was amazing. The service was excellent. This particular location Did the most and I was so happy with the service. The food as always was amazing. I always look through the menu, but always get the same thing. dolphin fingers. My husband always also gets the same thing the cheesesteak. Our party got a variety of food. Hopefully, Brandon was happy with us as much as we were with him. We were in and out in less than an hour. Also, they gave us an area that was secluded from the rest of the restaurant and it was great. Definitely coming back here if I ever have a large party to reserve a table. Service was horrible. Wouldnt give a party of 14 the party room because " its only for 22+ groups" which is a lie. Weve been in that room plenty of times. Then the hostest told us we will be split into 2 groups in 2 seperate booths and were just waiting for people to get up. Then the called us and said our table was ready, just to say no its not. Gaslight much? They said 10 more minutes. Yet we already have been waiting for an hour. Just to wait 30 more. Came in at 4/14 7:10, seating at 8:45 When they called us for a SECOND time they said the only option they had was hightops outside. When we told them, and they told us they are giving us a booth inside. Its hot and humid and the fans were off. And they split our group up. To top it off whenever we asked the manager a question he had an attitude. He never apologized, or even acknowledged the most disgusting service we have ever received. It took 10 minutes just to get our drink orders in. 10 minutes to get them. Usually the family on average group of 10-20 come here every 2 weeks for dinner. And have been coming here for years. And unfortunately this is the 4th time getting bad service, being this one the absolute worst. We are considering not giving business to this anymore. And to top it off it was My Aunts birthday and all the men just got off work and just wanted to relax, eat and spend time with family. Its fair to say this has been very stressful. read more

On Saturday/Sunday they have happy hour from 11 am until 7 pm, which includes 50 percent off beer wine and liquor. Had the ribs and wings combo with fully loaded baked potato. They never disappoint. Everyone dresses up it's a fun time. However, Some of the servers go a little overboard. I'm all in with cute outfits when you're young but there is a limit when your shorts are up your behind and half your butt cheeks are hanging out for the world to see. The very best hamburgers in the area. I stop there on my way back. I'm coming from the doctors in Boynton Beach once a month. This is another one of my food fixes that I have. Each month I have to have a Starbucks Frappuccino and a Flanigans hamburger or either cheeseburger with sweet potato fries and cinnamon sugar! The girls they're always so sweet I could never eat a whole hamburger and so when they see me they always come with a box because they know I'll never be able to finish it! I have even called ahead and had takeout from them, and they are always quite gracious. Great place to eat for a not so fast food place. I have been to MANY Flanigans in my day being born and raised in Miami and actually worked for the company for a few years, so I mean it when I say, this was the best service I have ever received at a Flannys. The entire restaurant was very clean and the server, Matthew, was fast and made sure everything came out exactly as we ordered. Everything came out at a perfect temperature and super fast! Everyone in the building was also extremely happy and helpful, including the runners, hosts, and managers. I also snuck over to ask a manager to send a birthday dessert to our table and it took her all of 2 minutes to make it happen. So happy to help! Just moved to the area and found Flanagan 's quite by accident. We'll, it's no accident now! We try to visit once a week and always take visiting friends there. Servers are wonderful -- pleasant, informative, and cheerful. Menu is complete with plenty of specials. And, if you order a soda and refill, you get to keep the big plastic cup!
