Dean came that afternoon, looked the job over, gave me a fair price, began work the next week. He covered my floors, and stairs, cleaned up before he left. Noticed several other issues I had while he was here, one a light in basement, and the other water faucet leaking, he did not try to add things to run the bill up, which I appreciated. I reached out to them last week after water started falling from the upstairs bathroom into the first floor bathroom of the duplex we own. I sent them a message via Yelp and their office responded within the hour, allowing me to pick the time when they would come out the following day. And from there we were rolling. During the initial visit, Cody deduced that there was likely a problem with the flange and wax ring in the upstairs toilet. When they came back the next work day to do the work, we ended up having to get into the walls, where it was easy to see that the 100+-year-old cast iron pipes, original to the home, were actually rusting, with very noticeable cracks in them, leaking water throughout. Over the next day and a half, YSOP replaced ye olde pipes, patched another leak, replaced the flanges on both toilets in the building and moved the plumbing for the basement washing machines, since they already had to work in that vicinity anyway. This was a big job, that didn't come cheap, but they were upfront with all costs and kept to their quote. I also appreciated that they called to give me a 20-minute warning before they showed up each time. Through and through, YSOP was easy to work with, respectful of me and my property and thorough communicated. I will definitely use them again!

Then decided to tell me that they are running behind. Could not give me an update to when. 1:54pm still nothing. Had to call Home Depot and ask what is going on. 2:59pm at my house with no heads up. Upset that no one is home now. Finally called me and I told them I will be back in 30 mins. They came inside and tried to tell me I needed all of these things. Told them I didn't need them and they said then we can't do the install. Ask the guy to leave and he did. The best part was he said it would take 6 hours to do the job and drain the old tank. Now I know why they are behind.
