I didn't waste any time and headed to the front counter to inquire about my pickup order. I was worried I'd be frightened again by a skeleton or clown or something scary. The two guys at the counter were helpful. Grabbed my to-go order and were on our way. The costume fit and looks great!

I had two different orders and had issues pulling up the pick-up barcode for my second order so the cashier asked for my last name. He made a brief tempted to ask someone to look for the order but gave up after a minute or so and moved on to ring up the lady behind me. I was standing there just waiting to be helped so I asked the other guy that was at the online order section. He too made a half ass attempt but moved onto something else. At that point, I started looking for my orders myself. I located one of the two orders, but had difficulty finding the second one. A third employee came towards me and asked if I needed help. She was finally able to locate my second order. Got home, and found out that the mask I ordered was broken. I went to a different Party City and they didn't have the exact mask so we had to go with something else. At that location, we were told only an exchange was allowed so we ended up paying nearly $10 more for the other mask. Overall this was poor and frustrating experience that resulted in us paying more at a different location. Update: I found out that Halloween returns must be returned at least seven days before Halloween. I looked up the policy since the cashier at the other location didn't specify.

When it came to my daughters birthday, I wanted to get her some balloons that'll make her eyes POP .. with excitement! Thank you Party City! I don't visit regularly but I knew this had to be place where I could find what I was looking for. At the time I'm posting this review, M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E and the crew is all the rave .. she gets it from her daddy honest. I remember going crazy over that mouse with gloves and she's not different. As I searched the website for balloons, I saw a few options that were reasonably priced and that were available for pick up within two hours. Before finishing my order, I had no idea there was a helium shortage .. was this on the news? Should I be concerned? I was completely oblivious to this. After placing my order, I received a phone call regarding my order. In the call two things happened: I was given a shorter wait time and an option for the coveted helium. When picking up the balloons, I didn't wait at all and they were ready as mentioned. Very friendly staff and eager to help with any additional questions or concerns. Party City came in clutch on my daughters special day, they didn't know it but I was very grateful for their customer service and making this dad a hero without a cape.

Then the staff that works filling up the balloons look at you like you have 3 eyes because the balloons are not on receipt, maybe if the cashier does her job they wouldn't have this issue. Do not blame it on the customer. If not how about you install self check outs then if the customer forgets to pay for it there. Then you can blame the customer Definitely not coming back to this location

We could not imagine celebrating our love, camping in the Ocala National Forest at the most beautiful private campground, with 100 of our loved ones without Under the Stars Glamping Adventures. From the moment Candice & I spoke on the phone I knew I found the company that could help make my dream wedding a reality & make sure my guests who never camped before were beyond comfortable & blown away by ambiance & hospitality. For months Candice & I spoke often getting to know each other. She really cares & wanted to understand & deliver exactly what I was envisioning for over 1,192 days! It was so exciting to finally meet at camp & watch her & her beautiful family set up the most comfortable Glamp tents & lounge tent. From the moment they arrived we all connected. They were so patient as we strategically placed tents throughout the campground sharing their opinions & helping us make it the best layout possible. The time, professionalism & care they put into our weekend, words will never explain. It's not easy setting up a tent city in Florida heat & it takes a lot of patience & her kids were in it to make it perfect! The talent the family has, hand making bed frames & night stands to give that extra special touch for our weekend. 1 year later, I'm still speechless & my heart is still so happy! My family & friends still talk about the glamp tents, the comfort, the beauty. The quality of the beds, linens, decorations. The beautiful boho vibe, Candice you really made our weekend complete. Our honeymoon suite they created was PERFECT! We can't thank you & your family enough for your patience but most importantly the loving touch you shared with us. Our family & friends still hound us to plan another weekend & I promise it's not happening without Under The Stars. Anyone looking to use this company, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, no questions asked. Candice, I wish you & your family so much success & look forward till we meet again! Xo
