I cannot say enough good things about Party Time Designs and Angela, the owner. Her customer…read moreservice is outstanding! I hired Party Time Designs to come up with an arrangement for my Daughter's graduation party. I've seen their work at other local events and wanted something nice for our pool celebration. Angela asked me questions about what I had in mind, I sent her some sample pictures, that was all that was needed. Party Time Designs installed the centerpiece on time, and in a very professional manner. Everyone was impressed with how nice the arrangement looked and my daughter was super happy with the end results. I will definitely be working with Angela in future events and highly recommend her company.

It came with a bounce house, cotton candy machine, icee machine, popcorn machine, 2 tables and 12 chairs popcorn bags, popcorn, icee cups and flavor at a very affordable price. The only negative I could point out is that she never received a confirmation of the rental and on July the 3rd I asked if they confirmed delivery for the next day. She called and was told they would be out the next day between 12 - 1pm and that promise was fulfilled. Everyone had a blast on the waterside, although the Velcro kept coming off. TNJ was back that night around 830 - 9pm to pick up. Process seemed painless enough. I would probably book them again.

We had a sports theme and, luckily for us, they not only had a sport themed table cover but their sport themed table cover went perfectly with our colors! Since it was my first year, I had to make a few changes after getting an original quote. The salesman I was in contact with was very patient with me and got back to me quickly every time. A few days before the event, I headed over to their location to pick up the linens. I hadn't thought to call ahead but it appears they only have one employee in the store (or they did that day) and she was at lunch when I arrived. Luckily the sign said she'd be back about 20 minutes later so I grabbed some lunch. When I came back to pick everything up, the young woman working helped me load the boxes into my car and also let me know they actually gave us some extra linens (which turned out to be helpful at the event). I wasn't given any bags to return the table clothes (which is apparently how it usually works) so we had to track down some large trash bags to bring them back. Overall, a good experience.
