I had found a discount on http://wlwt.half-offcincy.com for a $30 Pioneer Discovery Intro Flight…read more(normally $100). I figured this would be a good baby-step towards skydiving, and you can't beat THAT deal. After parking in the lot across the streeet, we pushed the intercom button and were buzzed in (always a VIP feeling!). We were greeted by the instuctor, Mark, who did a quick tutorial of the ins-n-outs of the plane. I got in the pilot seat, Mark rode shotgun, and my fiance got in the back (no additional charge for him to ride). I got to steer the plane a little during pre-takeoff taxiing, and do some turns and ascents/descents in the air. Totally different experience than a commercial airplane! It was a gorgeous day and the views were awesome. It was a *little* shakier than a Delta flight, but in a "wheeee!!" kinda way :) I am now the proud owner of my very own flight log, with one flight under my belt. Another bonus... about a week after, I got a Thank You card in the mail. The front was a picture of my fiance & me standing by the Cessna we rode in. They're supposed to be offering another online deal some time, so keep an eye out!

Their students average more than 100 hours and at least a year to get a PPL. A real flight school is just 10 miles east at Clermont County Airport. Do not waste your resources with this sad excuse for a flight school.

From my initial contact with David Zitt, who called me back on the same day I left him a message, to the instructor assigned to me, Dan, to the ease of scheduling (basically they did it all). All I had to do was study and fly! When the time for my checking approached along with bad weather the school and the examiner went above and beyond making sure that the oral and flight portions of the test were scheduled around any obstacles! I will certainly use them again if I ever add the commercial rating. Thank you all for the positive experience, Steve Haines

They did a great job of keeping us comfortable while we waited though, even allowed us into the hangar where they keep the planes to take a peek at the awesomeness they had! The tour was quick but the pilot was really good about telling us what we were looking at and answering questions we had. All in all, was a great experience and would definitely recommend again!

Tony was our pilot and we were also assisted by Collin. The whole experience was outstanding from calling to book the reservation to the flight itself. The waiting area is beautifully decorated and calming. The guys were easy to talk to and put everyone at ease. Collin Drive is out to the Robinson on a golf cart and reviewed the safety procedures, then took pictures of us that he later sent us. We took the park tour and it was amazing. Since it was my boyfriends first time he sat up front with the pilot. Tony pointed out all the amazing lAndmarks and gave us a lot of history. BF said he never even thought to be nervous which is amazing (we rode in a no-plane once, different story lol) We stayed in Cincinnati and later saw the helicopter giving other tours so that was pretty cool too! I definitely recommend this company for any air your needs!
