My husbands never been to a "all you can eat crab legs" restaurant, so we had to come on over and…read moregrab a bite. This location is pretty big, it definitely feels like I've been transported to the 2000s with the color scheme. Everyone was hustling and bustling to make sure everyone had what they needed. Our server was wonderful and took good care of us. The food was good! The salad options were wonderful, the corn was okay, the Mac and cheese wasn't all that, the popcorn/coconut shrimp were great. They had good dessert options like brownies, banana pudding, soft serve. The crab legs were good! Between me and my husband, we put down about 10 clusters. (this is a place that you have to come hungry to get your moneys worth) I can totally see how the restaurant makes money from the people that barely eat the crab legs. If you were coming for buffet only $40 as a scam. But if you're coming for crab like buffet and you come hungry, you might get your moneys worth. Please keep in mind that soft drinks are not included into your buffet!!! I definitely felt like a medieval animal, tearing them apart, but thankfully, our server gave us some wet wipes. The flavor was good, they literally taste like crab legs. Overall, it was a good experience. It felt clean and everyone was very attentive. I think this was a once in a lifetime opportunity to come, but we might not come again cause we wanna try another place.

We always stop in here for the all you can eat crab legs, of course it's a bit pricey but we always…read moreeat our moneys worth. If you eat a lot and like crab legs I recommend it. If not then I'd go to a Golden Corral instead of spending that kind of money to not eat the seafoods. However we always love it, but we eat our moneys worth and are there for the seafood.

We came with a party of 5 to eat lunch. Two of us got buffets and drinks on 1 ticket. As I came…read morethrough with the other 2 and was paying, I find out the other 2 in our party were not eating. They are kind of weird about pizza but said they weren't really hungry anyway, so it wasn't an issue. The lady at the register says they're not really supposed to stay if they're not paying. I was surprised, so I confirmed, "They can't even sit down with us while we eat?" and she confirmed that was the policy. Now...to be fair, I can get this--to an extent. I get that some might try to steal and go get pizza, even after not paying. I do wish they posted this or somehow made that pretty clear because our other 2 had already paid which made it more frustrating. There were also tables easily within view of the staff that we could have used so they could keep an eye on us if there was a concern. Instead, it was just, "No, they can't stay if they're not paying." But the real frustration came when the other 2 in our party went to get their refund. They refused to refund the drinks, saying he'd already had the drinks. They had fixed drinks, yes...but had drunk only a sip or two. Those drinks were $3.50 each! So we paid $7 for maybe 2 or 3 sips of a soda. Bottom line: I'm just not ok with this level of service (or lack thereof, really)...and I'm certainly not ok with $7 for a couple of sips from a drink. I've always been a big CiCi's fan, and our family and friends often gravitate toward them when out of town on vacation and such. But this is not a good look and definitely leaves a bad taste in our mouths when it comes to eating at CiCi's. I can live with mediocre food far better than subpar service. I just won't tolerate it from a place/people that I'm giving my hard-earned money to. We had a nice meal at nearby Los Rancheros instead.

It was very clean and the pizza was warm and fresh. We enjoyed the cleanliness, too.read more
