As my partner said "prepare to be underwhelmed". We went at 2:00 on a Saturday, and they were decently busy, but I attribute that to it being a new restaurant. The decor was cute. We started with the krab rangoons. These were good, but it is pretty difficult to mess up frozen food dropped into a deep frier. My partner ordered the Rich Beef Ramen and it was extremely underwhelming. It was not particularly flavorful. I ordered the chicken hibachi and it was not good. I should have ordered ramen, but even then I wouldn't have been thrilled. The chicken was undercooked and under seasoned. What a great dinner. This is a beautiful restaurant with a great ambiance and menu. Not only do they have traditional Ramen, they also have Hibachi, teriyaki and fried rice. Great chicken steamed buns and the Ramen was delicious. The broth was rich and the ramen was perfectly cooked. This place was great had amazing flavor unbelievable very authentic It's a must try. They had a cool chili powder. They were also very accommodating. I am unable to eat pork so I asked to replace all the broth with chicken broth and chicken instead of the pork I also am not the biggest fan of noodles so I asked to replace noodles with bamboo shoots and they were able to do it perfectly my friend who did have the noodles they said they were amazing and learned they were handmade this is definitely the best Ramen place we have in pc read more

What a wonderful experience! The welcoming and festive, and yet spotless, relaxing atmosphere is an unexpected surprise! The food is fresh and oh so delicious! The staff appears to actually enjoy working here, and is extremely friendly! Jasmine and the manager were especially helpful with assisting me in choosing just the right choices for my taste. The ambiance resonates very well with the cuisine choices on the menu. With that being said, the food was very underwhelming. I understand the restaurant is new and still has to figure out its rhythm however, we came in at open and it seems to me that the closing staff did not restock any of the silverware, straws or napkins. When our food came, it was barely even warm. On top of that, the nori and Katsu in my ramen was soggy and seemed if what sitting for a while. Mind you the restaurant was not very busy.
