Other near by locations no longer have these out and only hand out small containers. The service at this location was good as well, quick and friendly. Honestly they would have got 5 stars, but as we were leaving my son went to get some Powerade but got a filmy mess with a bug in it, thankfully we caught it before he had put the lid on. What happened to the rice in my bowl? I have never gone to a flame broiler where they skimped on the rice. Usually I have a lot of rice left and this time not enough rice for my bowl. I'm such a fan of flame broilers. I love that they have healthy meal options at pretty affordable prices and great serving sizes too. I am a particular fan of this flame broiler because it is so close to my house and also because the service is outstanding. One time, a mistake was made on how my orders were rung up, and the store manager called me before I even made it home to let me know how the service mistake would be rectified. How impressive! I love calling my order in ahead of time because sometimes they do get busy and the staff's estimated waiting times are actually pretty accurate. I haven't enjoyed a meal here inside this flame broiler, but I've gotten a couple of bowls to go here and love all the sauces flame broiler has to offer as well. WORST experience dealing with the disrespectful cashier /owner of the store. This dude had an actual tantrum when I asked to try their spicy chicken sauce on the side with my beef. He said no I'm not gonna do that, literally refused like 3x after I just paid $21 for this beef plate. I kept asking for the sauce cause I didn't know why he made a big deal out of it. The first time I got regular thigh meat and rice with vegetables but left and didn't check first. The second time I got regular thigh meat chicken again with only vegetables and I did check before I left just to be safe. When I then asked at the counter about it I was told "We are out of white meat chicken so we used regular." So nothing was said to me upfront they were just going to see if I noticed. They tell you about the deals that they have and they save you money by recommending to get the promo they have. A chicken bowl and a drink for $6.99- nothing beats that deal! Worst experience at a Flame Broiler ever! I placed my order via the website (which I do often at other locations). I arrived to pick it up at 5:30, the time that it stated that it would be ready. After standing inside the restaurant for literally 10 minutes saying "hello", 3 employees finally came out from the back. One girl read my order on the screen and they all began to prepare it as they were acting as though they had just been caught. So if you're wondering why they don't answer the phone after 5:00 is not because they are busy with customers, they're clearly busy doing their own thing. No wonder the dining room is empty. No doubt people come in and leave when there isn't any staff.
