I was pleasantly surprised with the service. Daniela is amazing, very sweet, and attentive. I did have one bad experience here when Daniela was not available. The stylist they gave me got distracted a lot, disappeared for long periods of time and did not tell me why, and did not provide good advice on my preferred choice. He is able to touch up a full head of highlight (my hair is long), trim and blow dry my hair in less than an hour!!! That is unbelievable! As a busy working mom, this is very much appreciated.
