I was pleasantly surprised with the service. Daniela is amazing, very sweet, and attentive. I did have one bad experience here when Daniela was not available. Although the front desk service is still top notch, this place has high turnover and quality has gone down. In the past year I have gone through 3 stylists, because they keep leaving! In the past year I have returned home with a terrible hair cut because none of the 3 hair stylists understood my hair. They didn't have the time to! If you can get a stylist who will stick by you for a few years, then I'm sure Aquilibrium will be a great place to go. However, based on my recent experiences they have turned away a loyal customer. The hunt for a new stylist begins!

The front desk is friendly, professional and is exactly what I would expect from my own establishment so kudos for that. Unfortunately, I will not return to this place because the girl who cut my hair ruined it. I should have known going with a junior stylist wasn't smart - you always get what you pay for. Additionally, she was cold and didn't say a word to me. Even when I tried to engage her in conversation she was very short. It was like trying to squeeze water from a rock. The salon is generic and like every other salon out there. I did not like the atmosphere at all. It could of just been me but the people there felt very "bougie bougie"
