I went to their office to pay and when they printed out the receipt they charged me for 3 hours. What a way to do business, but ripping people off will eventually put an end to them.

After a bad windstorm left part of my roof exposed, I called this company and was really impressed…read morewith how quickly they got back to me. They returned my voicemail within a couple of hours and had me scheduled for the very next day, knowing rain was coming. They showed up ready to tarp the area, but since I already had shingles, they were able to fix it right on the spot--in under an hour. The whole process was easy, smooth, and stress-free. Great communication, fast response, and solid work. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing repairs or even just an inspection. Five stars!

During the service, Mr Hill explained the root cause of the units not performing and recommended a solution that worked. He maintained focus on making the customer happy. I had a pipe leak from an upstairs drain into the basement. Brian came in with a very low quote…read morebased on time with the expectation that materials were going to cost extra. He found the leak and decided to try to patch it. When the patch didn't hold, he came back out and cut out and replaced the pipe. This ended up just moving the leak point because the pipe glue did not set properly. He offered to come out to fix it again using another patch solution, but I just patched it myself because I needed to use the bathroom. He only charged me for materials for the second time out and was only going to charge for gas for the 3rd visit. Even though his work didn't end up holding either time, he stood by his work and continued to try to make things right. Talking to another plumber, both repairs were tough repairs based on leak location.

Turned out the lock was just sticking, but in the meantime Dan changed the insides of the locks on my hundred year old doors / handles so that we could go down to 2 keys for the whole house from about 14! He really went above and beyond. He tightened the handles and WD40'ed everything and showed me the unique features of the locks. I am so pleased. I have never used a locksmith service before - we'd always just got new handles but that was not a good option for this house and I am so glad I called this company.
