i would not recomed these people to any one.. my wife had got bitten by what we belived to be spiders or mosquito.. i called and explained the situation and was to we have bed bugs.. now at this point im freaking out.. so he tells me for $650 he can come over and take care of them but not until saturday this is on a thursday so i start calling other pest "professionals" and they tell me to relax we more then likely dont have bed bugs.. so on friday a crew comes over and checks the beds checks the floor boards checks the walls the looked everywhere possible... needless to say we dont have bed bugs... now its saturday we come back home and see a flag city pest control truck sitting out front we pull in and are greeted by a man and young man carrying what looks like the crapiest of equipment.. i tell the guy we dont have bed bugs he says oh but yes you do and asked to see my wifes bites on her arms and says those are not spider bites.... spiders dont bite??????.... i guess it was miss understanding though that i never got a return call for him to come over and tells me i should of called and canceled i tell him he shouldnt go around trying to scare people into thinking they have bed bugs before maybe coming and checking it out before trying to make a quick buck......
