We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. The time estimate we were given was very accurate - we had our first pool guests on 8/6/22. We had a lot of questions during the process and Dennis and Betina were very patient with us as we navigated this new endeavor. Their knowledge and experience in the pool industry were what we were looking for in a pool builder. We struggled with where to place the pool and Dennis gave us various renderings with great ideas. The time it took for our pool to be made allowed us to tweak the layout of our new pool so we got exactly what we wanted. Dennis and his experienced crew handled all phases of the build which allowed the process to move along smoothly. You may be tempted to think you'll save a little money having a friend of a friend do one part and another friend do a different part, but the headaches of trying to coordinate the work will invariably cause delays in the build process and make the anticipated cost savings irrelevant. All of the crew members and contractors on-site were polite, respectful of our property, and hard-working professionals. Dennis expertly operated the excavator as he and his crew measured, leveled, filled, connected, checked, and double-checked to make sure everything was just right. They knew what they had to do and they did it. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves so we never had garbage left at the end of the day! Getting an in-ground pool is an exciting event and it's easy to forget that the company has other clients. They have several pool projects in different phases of the build process at any given time. Respect the company's knowledge and experience to plan day-to-day operations, be patient, and your dream pool will be waiting for you at the finish line. Carmine came out to write up the estimate and he was really straight forward and down to earth. He said it may take a few days to get us the estimate because we needed so many things done, but we received the estimate the very next day. I think we paid a third down when we scheduled the work to be done, and we only had to wait two weeks until they could come do the work. They were here for three and a half days. They did everything we asked and more! We've had a branch stuck up on top of the garage for years and when they got on a ladder to take it down, they saw it had actually pierced through the roof and when they removed it there was a hole on the top of the garage. They patched it up completely for free! I told the crew leader Jimmy that we would pay for it and we were glad they fixed it and he said it wasn't in the initial quote so not to worry about it. Overall, for the amount of things they did, I think it was done for the best price in town, and it's quality work. We had another local handy service give us a quote for the same exact work to be done and it was seriously 3,000 dollars more than Handy Hubby. We definitely made the right choice going with them. But we also loved all four of the people we met from this service. The guys were so nice, respectful, but also very down to earth, where we were able to joke around with them a little (I mean hey, they were in my house for three days). Customer service (either by phone or email) was prompt in their replies and just really friendly and competent. It's really just refreshing that a company like this exists and I'm happy to have had them help us out. I like genuine people.
