Not only did they test my weak car battery for no charge, they swapped it out for a loaner battery at no charge, and then charged the battery for no charge! That's three opportunities to charge me for something all provided as customer service. And on a battery that wasn't even purchased from them. Instead of the offering to look at my vehicle to see what the issue was they sold me a vehicle I am not happy with. My warranty had ran out on my present vehicle and I still had quite a bit left to pay on it. So now I have basically 2 car payments in one due every month. I am a retired woman living on budget. They new this. Looking back I wish I would've taken my vehicle to a station where they could've tested my vehicle, maybe it was an easy fix . Hind sight, don't ever go into a dealership alone , as a woman, and have someone with you. The very least I should have made some phone calls. They told me to keep up with my payments and after a year I could possibly have it refinanced. I tried doing that and was told this particular bank doesn't do refinance unless you are behind in payments. You would think Eide would have known that when they were checking. Or at least , not tell me something they didn't know. So for a year I held tight keeping up with payments just to find out I couldn't refinance. Expensive lesson. Never again.

Our vehicle was in excellent condition, save for a bent rear axel due to a recent rear end collision. Not once during the two phone calls did the employee at CK's Auto attempt to give us an estimated price. When we arrived, after gingerly driving the vehicle thru town, he walked outside and gave an insultingly lowball number. He failed to acknowledge several parts that would be worth more on there own than the offered price, and when I brought those up he shrugged them off. We ended up leaving and getting almost 6x as much as his offer at a different location. I would not reccomend coming here unless you enjoy getting ripped off.
