Our vehicle was in excellent condition, save for a bent rear axel due to a recent rear end collision. Not once during the two phone calls did the employee at CK's Auto attempt to give us an estimated price. When we arrived, after gingerly driving the vehicle thru town, he walked outside and gave an insultingly lowball number. He failed to acknowledge several parts that would be worth more on there own than the offered price, and when I brought those up he shrugged them off. We ended up leaving and getting almost 6x as much as his offer at a different location. I would not reccomend coming here unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

I went camping in 100°+ weather, and my toiletries and food exploded all over fabric car seats, and…read morethen the sun baked it all in. I reached out to a bunch of detailing businesses on Yelp. These ladies were the only ones to get back to me, and they returned my call pretty quickly, too. They quoted me $50 to clean all the front and back seats, even though I warned them that it was pretty bad. (Bonus: 10% off, if you check in there on Yelp!) When I got there, they were friendly and courteous, and I didn't have to wait long, despite coming in later than my appointment time. They spent over two hours fighting those stains on my seat, cleaning and re-cleaning, and basically worked a miracle. While the seats were drying, they washed the camping dust off my car, cleaned the interior, and performed another miracle: got some packing tape that had baked onto the car paint, impossible for me to remove, after my pathetic temporary repair job following a break-in, off. (This was a really hard task and took them a lot of work.) After all this, I was getting nervous about what the bill was going to come to, since they had originally said it'd be 30-60 min, and we were past the 2 hour mark, acc they'd find a lot more than the seats we originally discussed. But in the end, they still only charged me the quoted price minus 10% Yelp discount, so I gave them a good tip (which they almost wouldn't accept). Overall: Very positive experience, good people, my car hasn't looked this good since I bought it, and I'd definitely recommend then. Tip: They are usually only there 4:30-7:30pm, at least in the summer, so I suggest calling before you come in.

I was told the transmission needed rebuilding, the front hub needs repairing and the radiator need replacing also, I agreed for them to do the repairs. They repaired the items they discussed with me quickly, I have no problems with that. What really got me is when the owner's daughter ( the receptionist) called and told me to get my truck off their lot today. I went in paid the remaining balance only to find out it was an incomplete repair. The technician that worked on my truck was no longer worked there and the owner stated that it was in great working condition. After inspecting my truck I was not able to get it into 4 wheel drive, the gear selector was not working and antifreeze was all over the radiator not sure it was leaking or sloppy work. I will update according to what was done about this incident.

I'm located on the east coast, more than 1500 miles away, and needed to have this done in time for me to fly out to pick it up. Doug went above and beyond in rearranging his schedule to make this happen, and was always a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. The price quoted was absolutely fair for the amount of labour that was involved in performing a full evaluation of the Jeep. Fortunately there were no serious red flags with the vehicle, which allowed the sale to proceed but he did find a few issues that the dealer will address before I pick it up. A big thanks to Doug and his wife. When I pick the Jeep up I will stop down to personally thank him and shake his hand for going out of his way. While there are many honest and skilled mechanics out there, one that offers excellent customer service and goes above and beyond in a pinch is a gem to find, and Northland Performance is definitely a gem.

*Long but honest Review!*…read more I'm am very grateful for Lincoln Repair. Truly the best shop around Bis/Man in my opinion. Quality work, honest pricing, and staff was genuinely kind to me from start to finish. ill try to briefly sum up the Backstory: My 20 yr old 4Runner had sat since 2019. To sum up reason the reason- a 1500+ "repair" job on wiring, couple other issues by a a local shop left my my vehicle in worse shape than before and undrivable. I didn't know the extent of the damage but I knew this wasnt going to be quick or simple job and to add to that, I needed it to be road ready and reliable for an 800mile one way drive! Immediately after explaining my situation, they had it towed in that afternoon. They called not long after they called to tell me it started right up! It still needed some repairs but the prices were fair, I was kept in the loop every step of the way with what needed to be done, cost, completion time, etc. Lincoln Repair will be my go to shop for all auto needs from here on out! And I strongly suggest anyone looking for a reputable shop take it to this shop before any other!
