After another company installed my lift, I kept dealing with a persistent death wobble. After going back and forth with them without resolution, I decided to have Tyler and his team take a look. From day one, they went above and beyond--doing a deep dive into the issue, checking the alignment, and really taking the time to investigate what was going on. Both Brett and Tyler sat down with me and clearly explained what they recommended and why. They also pointed out another part that needed serious attention, which I truly appreciated. When it came time for the service, everything was done right. They even took the extra step to realign my door after a wind gust had knocked it out of place--something they didn't have to do, but did anyway. That level of care really stood out. They also provided me with trusted contacts in my area, which was incredibly helpful. After picking up my Jeep, I noticed something that looked a little off and left a message for them to call me back on Monday. Tyler personally called me back within 10 minutes--even though they were closed--and helped guide me on what to do next. That kind of dedication and customer service speaks volumes. Stuffed the cross overs behind my dash instead of installing them so they could be adjusted. Pure Hack work. oh yeah and they cut my dash and claimed they don't have razor blades in the shop. It has been two months and still no word from them. I am deeply upset with there services. 100$ to bypass a power cord, they didn't even mount the stereo. Or install the mic, the remote, or the dimmer. It falls out. You are better off learning how yourself.

She has been so nice, she has been so patient and so understanding of the situation that we are in considering I am 1000 miles away in Arizona trying to help my son repair his car in North Dakota. She is literally one of the nicest people I have spoken to when it comes to Customer Service. she assured me that she would take care of my son, and that she would help him anyway that she can because she understands the situation that we are in.
