I get a call from them on late Saturday afternoon saying that my Tint didn't get done because they didn't get the film in time (which he told me it usually takes a week to 10 days to get). They did a great job on the interior, but missed details on the exterior (inside fuel door, trim below bumpers, and the covered part when mirrors are folded down). They finally broke down with a discount on the detail after talking on the phone, but Communication earlier on about not having the Tint on hand would've been nice to know. I think they have potential to do great work and see many great reviews on them, I was just the unlucky one to have a poorer experience.
