I am a female, medical student who has had trouble finding a mechanic to fix my Mercedes for the past 2 years that I've been in central Oregon. Finding Automotion was a blessing - for both me and my neighbors who had to endure my squeaky brakes every morning. Isidro is an honest, reputable, and knowledgeable man. He was able to promptly fix my brakes within the same day, and ordered my parts that same week I had called. He was very patient with me throughout the process, explaining everything in detail so I understood what was happening all along the way. The price point was very reasonable as well. Thank you so much

They will have pictures to show you what the current condition is like my brakes, they were not making any noise, but they were at a critical state that left unrepaired and waited until it was making screeching noise I was in for more expensive repair. "Man, I'm glad I called that guy!"…read more I called Tony after searching on Google for a mobile mechanic that could do an pre-purchase inspection. I had found a car that looked awesome but it was 70 miles from my home. Tony answered the call and said he could be there the next day to do the inspection. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous to the people selling the car. He found multiple things that were wrong which were not disclosed by the sellers and would have caused the car to need more work than it was worth. If I had someone else look, or if I had looked at it myself, I would have missed these things. Tony saved me almost $7,000 and I'm grateful for his expertise. I will call him anytime I need an honest and reliable mechanic. Thanks, Tony!

They even did a vehicle inspection and found a couple of additional, minor issues to be addressed later. I called around trying to find a place that could repair it so we could continue our road trip, and settled on this place. Jason was very understanding and did his best to come up with the fastest solution, which still ended up taking a week due to the part they needed. That news was very dismaying, and I thought maybe we could just take the busted trailer home and get it repaired there. Jason then went above and beyond, calling around for places we could rent something to carry our busted trailer home instead of waiting around in Albany. Being such a small town, nothing was available. We finally decided to suck it up and let them fix it here. He then began calling around for places to stay that allowed dogs. Such a nice fellow! Very attentive despite his hectic work schedule and people constantly demanding his attention. When we finally got the trailer back a week later, it was good as new! Great work. Kudos also goes to Nick, who dealt with me bugging on the phone about getting the thing fixed sooner and complaining that it was taking too long. He remained patient and calm, despite my obvious frustration. Also to their trailer repair guy (Todd?? I'm sorry, I'm bad at remembering names when I don't have a business card in my hand.) thanks for the excellent work! We towed the trailer all the way down California without any further problems. The entire staff there is very professional and accommodating. I recommend this repair shop!
