Yes, I came in with only a couple of items that needed to be repaired, but left with having other items worked on. Once they have done a diagnostic check on your vehicle they give you the awareness of the different things that need to be serviced. No, this is not a scare tactic, because you decide to repair the items or not. They will have pictures to show you what the current condition is like my brakes, they were not making any noise, but they were at a critical state that left unrepaired and waited until it was making screeching noise I was in for more expensive repair. I like the fact they give me the option on to fix or wait until I'm ready. There approach is not a hard sell, I like Kat approach to the repairs. One one of my cars, they heard a rattling noise in the heater box area and it turned out where I was living in middle desert in so ca, I had left my car parked in the open for 5 months and a mouse / rat decided to make my heater box it's new home. I had them fix the issue and it also explained why I was having sinus issues whey driving the car for extended periods of time. I appreciate they found the issue and I gave them the go head to fix it.

Clean lobby to wait in if you need to stay here while your vehicle is being serviced. The parking lot is tight but they are helpful if you need to call if there isn't a place to bring your vehicle at your appointment time. I would always come back here for service!

Richard takes pride in his work, and he does a quality job. His prices are competitive. Well, I presume they are; I haven't been to another mechanic in years since I started using Crossroads all those years ago. I can go with a big list of things I think need to be done, and Richard will tell me which ones I don't need to do. Another mechanic would just do them all and also tell me I needed to change my cabin air filter and muffler fluid. If you have a Volkswagen, a Fiat or a Buick, you're out of luck. (emissions device)…read more I have never had such a detailed and thorough explanation of what was wrong and what was necessary to fix it. These guys did their research and spoke with Toyota technicians to figure out the repair when others may have just started replacing parts. Not only did they provide the old parts to show me, they replaced with factory Toyota parts and included the factory TSB (technical service bulletin). It was an extensive repair, but the hours they charged were very reasonable and the work appears to be top quality. Easily the best mechanic I've been to. I've brought in another vehicle before with a bad injector, which they diagnosed correctly and fixed right the first time. Very happy to be a repeat customer!

I was told they open at 7:00 AM and to bring my car in ASAP. Came at 7:30 to a closed building and had to wait until 8AM. Then, they called me at 11:00 to let me know the car was done, and then again at 11:30 to let me know I only had THIRTY MINUTES to pick up my car because they close early, or it would be held over the weekend. I'm lucky I could find a ride and that I didn't work 9-5 Fridays like most people. If I couldn't get there in that very small window, they would have kept my car until Monday and charged me $100 for "holding" my car in their lot. One employee told me I could bring the car in any morning to check the progress of their work as long as I called the night before. When I called, they actually didn't have time for me until 4 days later. That's honestly fine, just shows an overall lack of communication between the staff. They also told me the original price was so expensive because it covered them checking when I came back for the second service, but they double-charged me when I came back as well. Overall friendly people, but definitely need to increase their professionalism in a few different areas.
