We attended an Offline event at Fizzwerks and were really impressed. They had a nice selection of seltzers as well as other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a really interesting menu. The service was friendly and efficient, and we enjoyed sitting on the covered, heated rooftop.

Came here on a whim and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. We got two flights to try all the seltzers and honestly probs some of the best fresh seltzers I've had. I can actually taste the flavors mentioned for each drink. Very impressed. My favorite was the orange cardamom but definitely a unique flavor. Atmosphere inside is pretty good. Lots of seating both indoor and outdoor. The staff was very friendly and you can order at the bar or they have a QR code at the table to order from. Drinks were well priced. We got a flight for $8 which gave you four drinks. There is paid parking outside but sometimes parking is tricky. Overall really liked this place and will be ba

Excellent! I was so excited to try Fizzwerks. We went before a DPAC show on a Friday evening and didn't have any problems getting a table. Service was also fast and all the staff were so nice! Love that you can do a seltzer flight of 4 for just $8. The strawberry one was my fav! The root beer fizz was also really good! Food was awesome! I had the crunchy orange chicken sandwich with the grain salad. We also got the pickle fries. Friends had the try 3 appetizer sampler with some delicious options and the pierogies. We didn't know about the validated parking, but next time we'll park in their lot because they will validate parking for 2 hours.

Say hello to the newest bar in Durham, Fizzwerks! Offering craft artisan seltzers, Fizzwerks is a healthier option if you want to imbibe in an adult bevvy. The space is a bit bare inside with a basic bar, a handful of booths, shuffleboard table and more. The menu has an array of seltzers and beers along with a handful of small bites and sandwiches. And they've got a cool patio on the roof if you're willing to clamber up a flight of stairs. Overall I have to give them credit for trying something pretty unique and will keep an eye on them in the upcoming months. But welcome to the Bull City, Fizzwerks

First time coming to this spot and it's cute. They have a rooftop and patio but it was a bit too chilly to sit outside even though it was heaters out there. I started with the cranberry pear margarita which was good and strong. I also ordered the chicken tenders with fries tossed in buffalo which was a bit salty but good. Then I did a set of flights to taste 4 different seltzers. I would definitely come back again to try the other seltzers and go on the rooftop. They do have there own parking lot on the side of the building but it's not big ,they did validate parking for two hours as well.

Interesting concept. Came here on a whim and was intrigued by what they are doing. The flavors are better than I was expecting. The owner is also very friendly and welcoming as is the rest of the staff. We sat at the bar and spoke to them for quite a while. The decor and vibe of the place is chill in a cool way. They have a heated outdoor upstairs area we did not see but would probably try next time we're there. Had a great time trying out different flavors and loved they sold their THC cans to go.

Stopped by for a post dinner drink and I am so glad I did. This place was so nice, has a chill vibe and friendly bartenders. They recommended mixing a few of their seltzer which were AMAZING. The owners were around and extra friendly, I enjoyed learning about their business. Def coming back here to try more seltzer and chill on the heated rooftop.

This is my favorite place in Durham for a casual drink and food. They brew incredible seltzers and so also really love their thoughtful, adaptogen mocktails and home brewed thc drinks. Their food also slaps and the employees are always friendly and helpful. My favorite thing to do is their rooftop yoga on Sundays!

Fizzwerks is a craft hard seltzer brewery that recently opened up on Ramseur St (which has really been popping off with so many great new businesses)! I decided to get a flight of 4 seltzers, that ranked from my most to least favorite are: Fizz Tea (fresh black, pekoe, oolong tea, lemon), P.O.G (passionfruit, orange, guava), Melon Mint, and Tart Apple (seasonal). As not really an alcohol girlie, these drinks were perfect for me- not overwhelmingly strong + interesting, clearly distinguishable flavors with a good amount of sweetness. Ambiance is nice and spacious: there's indoor (bar, table, booth) and rooftop (unfortunately closed for a private event when I went) seating. Each table had QR codes to order through or you can directly order at the bar. Service was friendly and fast. I've heard the food here is really good, so will definitely have to come back to try. Plenty of free parking nearby (on Newman St, garage on S Elizabeth St). 9/10 would recommend!

Stopped in for a flight of their seltzers and loved every sip. My favorites were the FizzTea (light and smooth) and Melon Mint (refreshing and unique). They also have a great list of cocktails and beers. The space is very cool, with a great outdoor patio deck, ceiling fans for summer, and heaters ready for fall. They also host fun events like Music Trivia every Wednesday at 7 p.m. Staff was so nice and attentive, making the whole visit even better. Highly recommend if you're looking for something refreshing and a little different!

Any place that serves chicken tendies and cocktails on tap is 5 stars in my book (and the great patio views help as well). I was hesitant about Fizzwerks since I don't love seltzers, but they have many other options for beverages. Service was great and the food & and beverages were reasonably priced for downtown. I'm glad to have another low-key bar/food option in the area.

This place is adorable - owners are so nice and helpful. We had the best flight of seltzer and a wonderful mocktail. Also best chicken sandwich I have ever had- no joke

A group of us came out to listen to our friend Heather Rogers play on the rooftop at FizzWerks. We had such a great time and the sunset views were beautiful. Our drinks were delicious and we tried a few of their dishes: ricotta and peach spread, cacio e Pepe flatbread, pickle fries, and French fries. All were so tasty! The staff were friendly and our service was prompt. We will definitely be back!

I was hoping I would not be disappointed. Downtown Durham on Parrish Street I do believe. I went there midday and there was a sparse lunch crowd already seated when I arrived. The warmly lit space presents nice aesthetic as you walk into the restaurant. A very chill and comfortable atmosphere. I love the bar and the mirrored wall nestled behind it. The spot is pretty laidback and very clean, but has a bit of a rustic nuance to it as well. I like that. The serving staff were extremely nice and helpful towards advising me in making my selection -- with me being a first-timer and all. I kept it simple...I chose the Classic Burger (pink) with pepper jack cheese, bacon marmalade, and as a side, I had to go with the Dirty Fries -- 'cause that's how I roll y'all. About the food: I have to say, the burger was staunchly built and crafted with artistry. Nice and tall with a seriously tasty bun encapsulating everything. Perfectly well-seasoned meat and the first bite was simply delightful. I noticed as I got towards the center of the meat, it was bit less juicy than the surrounding parts of the burger, but nevertheless still tasty. My Dirty Fries were delicious In the end; the experience as a whole was quite delightful and I would definitely like to go there again -- perhaps try a different burger to expand upon my experience with this place. Gotta try out That Bar y'all! I do recommend it for those who haven't had a chance to go by there to check it out.

Even before me an my party entered we could hear music playing from the building, which kept the vibes up! Moving onto the food, a certain menu item caught my eye. Something that I'm legally obligated to keep quiet about... but let tell you- this burger was Gooood. This "Signature Secret Burger" was rather unique, as it was like you took a pretty simple egg burger, and just ramped it up. My initial thought when I first tried it was that it was a burger squared, the mystery ingredients amplified the flavor to make such a savory meal. It wasn't to overbearing like many other burger places that I've visited, not immediately making me feel fat and full after taking a few bites. Our party also ordered a whole quart of fries, and they were SO GOOD!!! I'm a sucker for good fries, and you knocked this out of the park! Your fry soft was nice and mellow and complimented the fries perfectly. (And even afterwards, the fries warmed up really well and were still Really freakin' good!) Finally, during my visit, their anniversary event (Happy 15th By The Way ) and they were offering FREE DESSERT for someone who happened to sit in a randomly chosen seat. And by the luck of the gods my little brother found his way onto the seat! It was just really awesome to see a restaurant doing such awesome things for their birthday, y'don't see that every day! Overall, this place is definitely a place to stop by if you're in Durham. If you're in the area visit IMMEDIATELY if you love good fun food!

I think there's a sports ball thing going on somewhere, too. One person ahead of me and I gave the nice lady my order.
