Dennis is super motivating, accepting, creates a sense of community, is extremely knowledgeable, and takes time to make sure I understand everything. The time flies as he chats while I do the exercises and before I know it the time is over. Dennis makes it enjoyable and fun and tailors everything to what he sees and what you share with him. His background is also ortho in hospital settings which is helpful. He tailors his style for each person and is just great to learn from. Mary at the front desk is wonderful- so welcoming and helpful! Everyone I've interacted with has been just great. I've been to another PT practice (begins with the letter B in the same town) and hands down this is the best.

Please Note: All The Receptionist, Nurses, and Xray People Always at 30 New Crossing Road, Were All Very Professional and Courteous With Me During Both of My Visits Here Within The Past and Current Few Months. But During My Two New Visits At This Office With Dr. Sun and His Male Assistant Well, Were Very Disheartening and Disappointing. I Had Hip and Knee Xrays Compleated During These 2-Visits Prior To Seeing Dr. Sun and His Male Assistant. Dr. Sun's Male Assistant During Both of My Visits Here Seemed To Be In a Hurry To See His Next Patient and not Very Concerned About My Issues and Past History and Concerns With My Knees. Staff members are frequently spoken to in a condescending tone, disregarded when offering feedback, and subjected to an unnecessarily high-stress environment due to poor leadership and lack of support. High turnover and low morale have become common themes, which inevitably impacts the overall efficiency and atmosphere of the practice. Respect and professionalism should extend to everyone in a healthcare setting--not just patients. A provider's character is just as visible in how they treat their team as it is in the care they provide. I hope to see a shift toward a more respectful and supportive work culture in the future.

The doctor spent an entire 2 minutes looking at the toe and telling us all was well and then a few weeks later we get hit with another bill for $180 for an office visit. Now I don't have a medical license but I can tell when something is healing properly so the follow-up appt was certainly not necessary, especially when we weren't told it would cost us nearly $200 to come back. After voicing my concerns we were only given a discount, no apology and no explanation. This isn't what I consider honest business practice and I will definitely not recommend anyone to ever go here.

If I needed a more complicated procedure, he openly/honestly said it could be done-- although a colleague Surgeon of his, who is experienced with that procedure, he would recommend to me. We both agreed to try the less invasive first...and THAT being done AFTER I got the new knee. He told me to talk it over with my knee surgeon 1st and see if he agreed. I did..and my Knee surgeon is in total agreement with Dr. Conui's assessment and gave him high praises for such an accurate, well educated & honest opinion.
