They used it for the first 3 months (rainy season) and then left it sitting for the next 4 months. While it sat, wet from the rain they'd brought in, it got covered in mold. Every single square inch was COVERED in black mold, down to the metal. I honestly thought the truck was completely ruined. This shop was amazing from beginning to finish. They picked up the truck for me because it was unsafe for my son and I to be in it, they were genuinely concerned about if I would have enough food to last until they were able to finish it. They did everything they could to work with my budget, and kept me updated every step along they way. They were so nice, and made an incredibly stressful situation not completely miserable. When their work was done, they brought it back to me and it was SPOTLESS. It honestly looked like new, I've never seen it look that good. They didn't just clean the upholstery, they legitimately did a full mold remediation for me. I can't thank them enough. The inside was Armour All after cleaning. The seats were cleaned and treated. Tires were shined and the silver part on the outside of where the tires are was cleaned and shined. Pros: -He was early and got it done within 2 hours from the booked time we agreed on. -Scent was nice! -Very kind individual. Very respectful. Cons: -Love that you were early (which is why I tipped) but I think you rushed a bit. There is still a light vomit scent as well as small amounts that were not cleaned up and missed. -Scent is great, but please let people know what scents you're using. I like it, but because I use this vehicle to transport multiple people, someone might be allergic depending on what you're using. I also didn't get the option to choose what scent I wanted, but I also didn't ask either. -at the end, you had a bit of trouble with a proper payment system. Cashapp and apple pay are the way to go, but you didn't have either one available for yourself. Paypal, zelle or even getting a square tap device would help you better. Happens often, but if I didn't have multiple ways of payment it would have delayed your time to get to your next customer trying to figure things out. Always be prepared! Over the past few months, the quality has declined. Important details were missed -- debris left on the carpet, spots on windows and mirrors, smudges on the console, and personal items misplaced or damaged. My most recent visit was the least consistent: my SUV waited for a while before service, and the final inspection didn't match the level I had previously experienced. When I called to provide feedback, the manager, Riley, did not seem engaged and handled the conversation unprofessionally. The newer blue‑shirt staff also appear less consistent with final checks compared to the earlier team. Mega Auto Spa has the potential to offer excellent service, and I experienced that for many months. I hope they refocus on consistent quality checks and customer communication, as these were the strengths that originally set them apart. Based on recent experiences, I've canceled my membership. I see other customers writing similar reviews about a decline in service, so business leaders pay attention please.
