Seeing the great reviews, we decided to give RAD a shot. Based on our experience, these great reviews are totally justified. Luke at RAD communicates by text. I like this. It's simple and you have a written record to refer to. We provided our information and Luke and Tom were able to come over the next day to assess things and give us an estimate. Communication regarding arrival time was excellent. The estimate arrived early that evening. The price quoted was very reasonable. We already had replacement igniters for the burners. Luke had an igniter for the broiler in stock at his shop. Luke and Tom were back the following day, replaced all the igniters, fixed a noisy convection fan, cleaned the burners and adjusted the gas/air mixture for each one. The old beast now works like new. Couldn't be happier. These guys are really nice, they do what they say they'll do, and they know their stuff. The job just gets done. What's not to like? Sooner or later, another of our aging appliances will need attention. Our dishwasher is the most likely candidate. When that happens, we know who to turn to.

After our own research, we discovered that Samsung had actually renumbered the PCB and we found a local part shop that had one available. Ravi came back out to install it and got our washing machine quickly working again. Ravi was very knowledgeable and friendly; he showed up promptly during the appointment windows too! He worked very efficiently and gave me a detailed breakdown of what parts had failed, what would be involved in replacing it, how long it would take to get the needed parts, and exactly what the cost would be. When he returned with the needed parts a few days later, I asked if he could look at some issues we had with our kitchen stove, and he very kindly went over all the burners and the oven parts with me, going into the "innards" of the oven to diagnose in detail what was going on. He clearly explained what was going on with our clogged burners, clearing them on the spot, and showing me exactly what was going on with the main oven and broiler igniters (both of which clearly needed replacement; he took photos that showed exactly what was going on inside my oven). When it became clear that the broiler igniter was backordered, he went out on E-Bay to find one that could be delivered within a week. The full repair estimate was VERY reasonable and clearly conveyed to me - and it was less than half of what another appliance repair person had told us (without supporting details) when we tried to fix our stove before. We had a like for like swap making any sheet metal reworking unneccesary. With all 5 estimates, Fuse Service HVAC came in the lowest. Considerably lower! But we asked a lot of questions to make sure they would do everything you must do to do a proper installation and they checked ALL our boxes. They were VERY knowledgable to share different options....thanks Dmitri! They showed up a few days later on the scheduled date. There were only 2 installers there except Dmitri came a couple of time but didn't need to do much at all. ALL their installers have 10+ years installing. I checked to see the progress through the day and they never stopped except for lunch knowing exactly what they needed to do! Impressive! They were working in the garage, in the back w/ a new A/C condensor and in the hallway to install a new Ecobee thermostat. We paid for an upgraded one that has a separate sensor which we put in our bedroom for the thermostat to only take that reading to make our sleep more comfortable, a great tech for sure! So Dmitri from the start came across as caring to meet all our needs, a good guy the kind I can relate to. Very personable and yet professional! All people from Dmitri the owner to his crew were friendly and answered my many questions every time as I am a detail guy LOL. There was NOT ANYTHING that I could see that didn't look anything less than a TOP NOTCH INSTALLATION.
