My extended warranty expired April 1, 2026. Within the first year, I already needed a repair. Then, just 68 days before the warranty expired, a technician came out and replaced the wash motor and control board--basically the entire guts of the machine. Now, only 88 days after that repair, the exact same issue is happening again. Keep in mind, I don't even use this dishwasher heavily--maybe twice a week. Despite that, I'm now being told I have to pay another $169 service call plus labor, as if this is a completely new issue. So let's be clear: Major components replaced Repair didn't even last 3 months Lost two days of work waiting for service Now expected to pay all over again At this point, it feels like they do just enough to get past the warranty window so they can charge you again. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone against using TOTAL APPLIANCE REPAIR in Broadview Heights, OH.
