While he had it, he went into my social media and "Liked" his company in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. I only knew because he forgot to close one of the screens! After leaving, my phone started shutting itself down about every 10 minutes. It also would zoom in/out on its own and I'd have to do a hard restarts constantly. After 2 days of this I decided to buy a new phone rather than return it to the place that broke my phone (which had been working fine before), lied and invaded my privacy. Who knows what else he did with my unlocked phone for 30 minutes?! I don't, which is one of two reasons why I'll never go back. Oh and they give you a free $10 protector screen but only if you leave them a review. So they get your review and theirs! Such a scam.

He gave me his recommendation and suggested that it would be better to purchase a new laptop instead of letting him try to repair the one I brought in. He explained that he would probably not be able to fix it and it would be more cost effective for me to just trash it. He also did not try to push me to purchase one of the laptops he had for sale in the shop or try to swindle me out of money for something he knew he couldn't fix. I would recommend this shop and especially Paul for anything and to anyone. I know I will definitely be back in the future should the need arise.

I had my ear speaker replaced however they didn't mention to me that doing so makes FACE ID not work. Unfortunately this is a company phone which my company apps need FACE ID to open. After I realized it no longer worked I asked Nick about it and he said sorry that should have been told to you. I told him I would have to come back to get the old speaker put back in, when I arrived another gentleman was there and knew nothing about it. He contacted Nick who told him he threw it away, but I told him my last communication with Nick was I'd be back. I took my Toshiba laptop to them in March to have the charging port repaired because they quoted the lowest price. 3 weeks later I got it back only to find they had broken the internal speakers. Took it back and again around 3 weeks later I get it back to find they had broken the keyboard and it needed to be replaced. 2 weeks later they called to say they have the keyboard and to bring it in. I picked it up on Friday late only to get it home and find out they had broken the screen!!! I called the manager (Erskin) Saturday morning and he told me to bring it back and they'd fix it. Once at the store he told me they would fix it ASAP and it would be ready THURSDAY! Friday Erskin called and told me, "The owner looked at it and said we're not going to fix it!" This entire process has been a NIGHTMARE! They don't deliver on their promises, do terrible work and could care less about customer service!!!
