They worked a long time in very hot weather, and Franco always took great care of his employees. Who else does interior quality work on the exterior in the middle of summer? If we can ever get the inside done, there's no one else I would call.

I've worked with the Tub Guy (Andres) on a few projects, and I still stand by my Five Star review!!…read moreIn fact, I'd like to add another reason for it: Andres honors his warranty. If you're currently trying to choose the right refinishing company, ask about their warranty. How long it lasts? What's covered? Take the time to read reviews and see if that company actually stands behind it. Andres explains all of that upfront, in writing, but more importantly, he follows through when you need it, without having to chase him down. That level of service is rare. Between the quality of his refinishing work, respectful of my property, showing up on time, and his commitment to standing behind it, he's earned my trust. 100% would not hire anyone else. Knowing he'll be there again for my next project makes the investment completely worth it. TIP: The Tub Guy offers free estimates. You've nothing to lose to reach out and get one.

I hired LimeWash Pros / Ben Lynch for Tadelakt-style decorative plaster work in our primary…read morebathroom. The contract amount was $5,903.36, and we paid $4,951.68 before the project was completed. In my opinion, and based on an independent professional assessment, the work was not completed to an acceptable standard. The finish had visible splotching, uneven color and sheen, visible patch transitions, and unfinished sanding/sealing/burnishing work. After months of attempted corrections, delays, and missed return dates, I offered to consider additional payment if that was necessary to get the corrective work completed promptly, because further delay and rework would have created additional costs. Ben/LimeWash Pros then requested additional money before completing the corrective work. I was not willing to pay more upfront while the original work remained defective and incomplete. Ben/LimeWash Pros ultimately did not return to complete the project and issued a termination letter. I obtained an independent professional assessment stating that localized spot repairs were not viable and that the bathroom required full re-coating to achieve an acceptable finish. I filed a small-claims case in Dallas County Justice Court. The court entered judgment in favor of Joel David Dons and Kammie N. Dons and against LimeWash Pros LLC and Benjamin D Lynch in Case No. JPC-26-03245-51 for $4,951.68, plus interest and court costs. As of September 11, 2026, the judgment remains unpaid. I'm sharing my experience so other homeowners can evaluate whether this contractor is the right fit for their project.
