I prefer dealing with the person who will be doing all the work. I did a lot of research on how Texas laws are different from other states and knew I had to go with Dennis. Just look at his website and you will get an education on roofing. Dennis uses only the best materials and names that I know and trust. Other companies will quote the work with companies I've never heard of. Their warranties on the labor will also be like 3 years instead of what Dennis will cover. You always want a contractor to communicate with you on everything and keep you informed. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any contractor of any trade I've ever used. Everyone was professional and respectful. The roof went up in a day and everything was covered and then cleaned up. I had received some money from my brothers passing and needed an RV that didn't need repairs. I had been living in one for several years without water due to a broken hose behind the toilet that I couldn't fix. I had severe pain from a broken neck and major depressive disorder from losing my Son and my partner attacking me. I hired someone finally last March to fix it and also my refrigerator that had gone out. The repairman offered to buy my RV because it needed too many other repairs and I couldn't afford to fix it. I went in search of an RV that I could move into and not have to worry. I found one in Meridian that Dennis Harrison told me everything worked in. It was very nice and I was ecstatic. Once I got it home, the hot water heater started spewing water. I thought something had come loose so I waited for a repairman to look at it. It had a hole in it. I contacted Dennis who told me " too bad" basically. Then once water was hooked up, the repairman found the kitchen faucet poured water out of the back. The pipes underneath are broken and I have no money left after having to pay $1200 more dollars for the hot water heater. Im currently homeless because of his lies, living again, without water. The pipes inside leak as well so all of my belongings have been put in storage. It took 3 weeks to move my stuff from my old rv into this one while I was waiting for the diagnosis and part.
