And then I found Cobb & Son in Seale Alabama. They had the camper that I wanted. From the very first phone conversation with Ernie, I knew I would be buying my first camper from them. All I asked is to give me their best "out the door price." I live in central Florida, and I would have drive 400 miles to pick it up, and I couldn't play price games. Ernie called me back and gave me the GODFATHER DEAL. "He made me an offer I couldn't refuse" Next was a road trip to Alabama. Their entire staff treated us like family. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Dustin's walkthrough was amazing and so thorough. They are always willing to answer any operational questions that I have, anytime. After leaving the dealership, we encountered a brake controller failure on my tow vehicle. (This was no fault of Cobb & Son. The brake controller and wiring was done before we left Florida.) We were on our way to a campground for the night, before heading home to Florida. I called the dealership and spoke to Jonathan. I explained what was happening and he felt it was a bad brake controller. This was on a Late Friday afternoon. Jonathan drove to the campground, test drove my vehicle and camper and changed the brake controller at the campground, in the dark. WOW! WOW! WOW! This is the true meaning of "5 STAR" customer service. I would highly recommend Cobb & Son to anyone looking for a camper.
