So now a couple weeks later my problem has gotten even worse and what do ya know! The whole motherboard is messed up! Now they're telling me it was on the work order the whole time and that I need a replacement motherboard starting at 199. Stay as far away as you can from this place unless you want a 2 week fix that will inevitably break again.
