He helped me mount a stained-glass window I've been wanting to display and he handled it with so much care and precision. It looks absolutely perfect--secure, level, and beautifully showcased. He also installed two new toilets for me, and the whole process was seamless. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was cleaned up afterward, and he made sure I understood how everything work before he left. Reliable, friendly, reasonably priced and skilled--exactly what you want in a handyman. I discussed the project with Richard via phone and text and sent him some pictures of the two bathrooms we wanted to redo. He was on vacation at the time and said he would get back to me after he returned, which was completely understandable. The date of his return came and went and I reached out several times via phone and text in the weeks following but never heard back. I even texted him asking if he was still interested in the project and "if he wasn't, to please let me know and I will move on". Still never heard back. Just a simple response/communication was all I needed if he wanted to pass. I had several other projects in mind for his handyman services as well but I guess I'm moving on...

I purchased a home in Walworth when the snow was 4ft high in the yard. The house came with a…read moregreenhouse so we expected the yard would be in good shape. When the snow melted, we quickly realized the backyard was a nightmare. We hired Manuel's crew to come out and get rid of a bunch of the weeds, move perennials around. They also brought two truckloads of dirt and mulch to do around the swingset and trees and sod for a large portion of the yard that was missing grass. They went above and beyond my expectations and even came back to cut the sod for the first time. They set up sprinklers and timers so that I wouldn't have to worry about keeping the sod alive. The crew was SOOO helpful and friendly. We have actually hired them back to install new shutters and various other jobs. They had a crew of 7 guys come in and do the entire yard in one day. I wish I could post photos to show you how great of a job they did! I will continue to use them for all of our handyman jobs around the house.
