Frustrated with the lack of response, I went in a week later to cash out, no one asked questions or attempted to assist, they just punched a few buttons on their keyboard and said insurance would follow up. This confirmed my decision to take my business elsewhere. I shared the experience with my insurance company, who at least apologized for what happened. None of it the end of the world, but when there's a multitude of other choices, I'd prefer to go with one who seems interested in my business.

They did have our car in their shop for an extended time, reportedly due to trim part unavailability (well over 30 days). Bit hard to believe, but possible. Once picked up and back in the garage, we noted that the Entire car had considerable paint contamination due to overspray. Luckly, I have the tools and ability to remove the overspray, which required about 5 hours of paint correction, polishing, and resealing the paint. A pro detailer would have charged over $300 for this same work. So, in conclusion; good repair work, less than good attention to detail, regarding the condition of the car as it was returned.

I had new LED bulbs put in and now my night driving is so much easier and safer. Also, one of the old turn signal bulbs burned out a day after I picked up the car. I brought in a new bulb, which Cha installed for me at no charge. Now that is praise-worthy customer service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for collision and paint service.
