Wow this place is amazing!! They fixed my shattered ipad screen within 24 hours, after being promised that it would take 2-3 days to repair after I dropped it off on Sunday, so I was not expecting a call so soon on Monday!! I'm an artist, so the screen replacement so far has detected my pen pressure and sensitivity, and everything else seems to be normal! I can not recommend this place enough for their service. I stopped by Thursday to inquire about getting a battery for my computer. The guy said he could order one for overnight delivery and install it and have it ready for pick-up the next day, which would be Friday. I told him I couldn't be there Friday because I had to work, but I could pick it up Saturday. So I go back Saturday at about noon, and of course it's not ready. According to him, it would be available Friday and I paid to have it shipped overnight but here it is Saturday and for some reason it's not ready . He tells me it will be a 45 minute wait, so he waits on a couple of customers and then he LEAVES the store to go next door to the Daiquiri shop and comes back with some Amazon packages. Then he finally goes in the back room and installs the battery and comes to the register and tells me it's ready. Now mind you, he charged me a ridiculous amount to install the battery but he couldn't have it done on time. And on top of that he charges me another $20 for what he called sales tax. Instead of giving me an itemized receipt that lists exactly what he charged for the shipping, the battery itself and the labor ( which couldn't have been much), the receipt only lists one figure and the tax, and he's for some reason fixated on my old battery, because he kept showing me how wavy it was. Of course, I never did see the new one so God only knows what he installed in my computer. This place is sketchy as hell. This guy is sketchy as hell. And I'm sure I was overcharged. I wish I could remember the young man's name but he was very friendly and efficient! I brought my Mom's Fossil watch to get the battery replaced. I even called ahead since they're a bit far from my place in Harahan and he assured me that they replace batteries. When I got there there was ample parking and there was a daiquiri shop two doors down! If I didn't have things to do I would have grabbed a daiquiri as well! Haha Long story short, the guy said I could wait bc he could replace my battery right then and there! He was super fast and charged me a reasonable price! They are not that far from the house so I thought I would give them a try at repairing the cracked screen on my wife's phone. He showed me the price on the board and promised it would be ready in 40 minutes. OK. I left to run a couple of other errands and returned about an hour later. The screen was fixed. He also replaces watch batteries so I asked about my Bulova. (A lot of places won't touch them.) No problem. I went home, picked up the watch, and he replaced the battery while I waited. I've never written a review before but I have been to this store twice now for 2 different phone repairs and I won't go anywhere else! The owner Emre is the nicest person I have ever met. When I walked in I was greeted good morning, then I showed him my phone and what problem I was having. He was able to identify the issue, tell me what work would be done, and gave me a quick timeframe of how long until it would be finished. Within the hour my phone was fixed and I was out the door. I called around for prices to fix an iphone4s screen and this place had the best price. Dropped off the phone this afternoon and less than an hour later got a call that it was ready. Will return when we have another mishap. Just came back today 03/01/17- My husband's iPhone 6 lcd screen cracked. The nice gentleman fixed it within 20mins. As a pretty serious do it yourselfer when it comes to home, yard equipment, or auto repairs I thought certainly I could handle swapping a battery in my iPhone. NOT! Terrible. Walked in with son's 6s, that worked fine, but had a cracked screen. Walked out with this place stating they could not replace the screen after they had already disassembled phone, but now the phone does not work at all. I'm going to try the place on Veterans that we had good luck with in the past before this new place existed. Won't be back there. read more

Emri at FIX ALL is the BEST!!! My iPhone screen was super cracked and the coloring on the background was even messed up. Emri fixed my screen (and the background!) in less than 20 minutes! They were timely and professional in fixing my iPhone screen, but the screen that they put on my phone does not work well at all. Extremely difficult to type on - touch scree isn't very reactive, but at the same time my phone is constantly locking because when I hold it in my hand, it presses my passcode multiple times wrong without me noticing, and it totally messed up my camera flash. Now, two weeks later, the phone is spazzing out so bad that it's almost unusable. Wish I would have just bought a new phone rather than wasted money on the screen repair. read more

I've brought three different iPhones at different times to FIX ALL. I never had a problem and they always did quality service and was finished their work quickly. However, be on the look out! All three of my phone screens that were repaired were iPhone 7+ and the last one I brought to them they tried to charge $50 more than the last two. The screen was probably less damaged than the first two. The first was fixed for $120 and the last one they attempted to charge $170. read more

I had a galaxy phone that was three years old and the charging port was loose. It would charge but you had to set the plug just right. I visited this store and I can only blame myself. The guy behind the counter spoke in broken English and told me that I would have to leave my phone overnight. His business partner only came in at night. Reluctantly I did so only because I was going out of town in a couple of days and was down to the wire now. He said to come back around 9:30 the next morning. I returned and he looked surprised and then said oh wait its in my car (What?) He came in and indicated that it was broken and couldn't be repaired. I thought he couldn't do anything with it and would be returned in its original condition but apparently he(someone) took it apart and now the port didn't work at all. He said, in broken English, "mother board broke", pointing at the port "not working sorry. No charge. BUT I can sell you this wireless charging pad". I was leaving on vacation in a couple of days and didn't have time to go shop for a new phone so I bought the damn thing for $30. I feel like such a sucker. This place was right near my house and I knew someone who went there for a watch repair and mentioned how nice the guy was. But strangely she said she didn't notice any language issues. read more

I had an issue with the shop, but the owner/manager called me to follow up, and worked with me to get it resolved. He was very helpful on the phone and the shop employee, Emre, has also been helpful. They replaced my screen for the original price I was expecting, and very quickly. Then I had problems with the touchscreen, and Emre was very diligent about fixing it. It is now as good as new!
