Not because of the company and the way it does business during the week. With that said, half of my electricity went out in my tiny home on Saturday Afternoon around 5. The worst part was it was where my Air Conditioner stopped working and it was a hot day. I called them along with 4 other companies with the same response, I left their answering service a message and she told me someone would call me back soon. I asked how long and she said, " I don't know". Well it turned out they never called me until that Monday Mid Morning. They did apologize for the electrician not calling me. So don't rely on them calling you if you need an electrician on the weekend or emergency. Seems like that's a common theme with Electricians in Morristown.

I was in distress over a situation with a new washer/dryer installation that required a licensed electrician within a short timeframe. (Jason is also insured.) I found him by all his 5-star reviews on the internet. Jason was professional, helpful and kind. He listened to my need, asked for photos to help him identify the issue prior to arrival, and came first thing the next morning with his son Caleb (who is being trained and is a great sidekick helping his dad). Jason quickly identified the problem that required replacing a grounding wire for the new digital dryer technology and to ensure safety. He said he would also install a new breaker and place the new outlet in a more convenient spot for installation of the new W/D set. He made arrangements to come back the following morning with the needed supplies. It is an older, solid-built home. It wasn't an easy fix and required patience and persistence especially to get the line through small and thick materials within confined spaces. They worked tirelessly to complete the job without complaint and were kind and provided explanation throughout the process. Jason also looked at my dishwasher to determine that there was no power and found the problem to be at the junction at the floor. He corrected that, but the dishwasher is older and is not working correctly and is being replaced. He deemed it was a problem with the dishwasher and not an electrical issue. I am extremely satisfied with Jason and his son Caleb, the knowledge they brought, their attention to detail, the tenacity to complete the work professionally in a timely manner, and their kindness and reassurance to me. It gave me confidence that I now have a safe electrical environment for installation. I highly recommend them for your electrical work. I'll be putting him on speed dial!

The inspection price was very reasonable and he was able to check out the house quickly. The sellers used him to update the electrical system before we moved into the house. Shaun did the estimate and helped to get everything set up. Even getting the state inspector to come by on an off day for the area. Randall, Matthew and Jody did the bulk of the work with Dustin coming in and doing some finish up work. It was a large job but I finally got the correct outlet for the dryer, all electrical up to code and had everything completed in a day, even the labeling of the panel.
