I took quotes from several local companies and waited a week for people to respond to my requests then to receive unbelievably insane, completely out of the question, Incredible, kings ransom, massive amounts of money some of these crooks wanted to do a basic charge on my unit. One company quoted me $900 to charge my unit and blamed the price on the cost of refrigerant. Borderline criminal. But, the Powell Brothers show up on time with a more than fair in fact, generous quote. Not only did they fix my unit, but they gained my admiration and friendship. This is what the Powell Brothers bring to our community. The national chains are going to hijack your bank account for their shareholders. These fellas work hard and do great work at a more than fair price. They should be your first and only consideration for heat and air. They are mine.

This year proved no different and we decided to give Tayfer a call as they do work on our church's units and we had heard positive reviews. They did confirm our unit was on its way out but would try to get it going for one more year. They had to charge it completely and were the first company to let us know that we could replace the AC unit without replacing the furnace as it still has live left in it. We have been cool every since and the AC unit is still working properly and they were extremely affordable for all the work they did charging it after trying to locate the source of the leak. When we go to replace it, we will be giving them a call.

I hired Just-in-Time Heating and Air to replace my system, and they did it very quickly, and to the highest degree of quality in workmanship I have seen. They even raised the new unit up off of the ground under the house to reduce moisture intrusion, which had accelerated rust and corrosion in my old unit's coil and electrical components.
